"Mr. Fisher!"
"Tangze..."
She quickly ran back, lowering her head to take sothing out of the basket as she spoke,
"Mr. Fisher, yesterday... I didn’t get the chance to give you the gift I prepared. Luckily, there are still so Easter eggs left, and there’s also a... hmm, a rabbit I made for you."
She smiled as she took out the remaining few Easter eggs from the basket, handed one to Fisher, and another to Helair. As she took out the not-so-well-sewn rabbit, she caught a glimpse of the pink strawberry mark that was hidden and slightly visible within the white robe of Fisher.
Tangze Asuka opened her mouth, as though she had hit a knowledge blind spot, and she didn’t react to what it was until she turned to look at Helair and then at Fisher, suddenly realizing sothing.
"This... well, it’s a bit ugly, but..."
This sudden discovery made her retract the rabbit she was handing out, but after a second or two, she gathered her courage and reached out again, her earlobes slightly red, explaining,
Once again, such a shock is really too much for a female high school student; such knowledge is too advanced for a female high school student.
Fisher took the rabbit she handed over, looked it over, and said,
"Thank you, it looks very nice."
Tangze Asuka smiled happily, glanced at the smiling Helair beside her, without saying much, as if she was already satisfied with just that.
When Tangze Asuka arrived, Helair, who was about to leave, strangely didn’t go. She floated around like a fly, not interrupting their conversation but seemingly omnipresent, making Tangze Asuka’s words stumble and unable to co out smoothly.
But it was just right, as yesterday Fisher almost missed the entire night. Now that Tangze Asuka was here, he wanted to ask her so questions.
Watching Helair float around, Fisher withdrew his gaze and actively asked Tangze Asuka,
"Tangze, where are Mikhail and Hooked kiss?"
"Ah... Mr. Gou Wen drank too much and got drunk in the Dog-man settlent. Mr. Mikhail is there taking care of him, resting right there."
"How about you, didn’t co back last night? Where did you rest?"
"I, I, I, I... I didn’t co back!"
Tangze Asuka shook her head like a rattle-drum and quickly explained,
"Yesterday, I was out celebrating. I initially wanted to find Mr. Fisher, but I couldn’t find you, so I went to give out Easter eggs to others first. Later it got too late and I was too sleepy, so I rested at Margaret’s place... haha... haha... that’s it."
Tangze Asuka said with a laugh, but when she looked up, she saw Helair floating right behind Fisher. Helair’s familiar smile almost scared Tangze Asuka into pulling her head back.
The words she originally ca to say and the little bit of simple feeling she wanted to express were now all scared back.
She bit her lip. She really wanted to tell Fisher all the information she got before, but she also rembered Margaret’s advice,
[The Weaver told that Cain has a hidden tactic left by the Pandora Angel]
The hidden tactic left by the Pandora Angel could silently let Helair know the information here, which was also why Tangze Asuka did not imdiately tell Fisher what had happened last night.
Compared to the Pandora Angel, she indeed trusted Margaret more.
Not only because she quietly regarded the gentle Margaret as a friend, a holy encounter in the Otherworld, or even a moth... an elder; but also because of the solid evidence she saw at Margaret’s place last night.
She learned about a place called the [Spirit Realm], which is extrely dangerous, even the Dragon God can only guard the entrance of the Spirit Realm—the Gap, so the possibility that the Pandora Angel could take them to the Ultimate is basically zero; she also learned so secret knowledge about the Transferee’s mind, and beca more and more sure that Mr. Fisher is indeed not a Transferee. At that ti, he said so to protect himself and Mr. Hooked kiss from the Angel Leader’s judgnt.
Mr. Fisher’s courage and decisiveness fascinated her, which had given her the courage to face difficulties before. Even when she encountered so many terrifying things and narrowly escaped death, she was not afraid.
But now it’s different because the choice fell into her own hands after knowing the truth.
She suddenly didn’t know what kind of decision she should make and just wanted to send Helair Angel away, then tell Fisher all the truth, and let him decide, she would just follow his decision.
Sotis, not making a decision could be wiser than making one, right?
However, this is so obvious, would the Angel Leader find out?
Margaret also advised not to tell others about it for the ti being, at least until the Weaver was fully controlled and stabilized before making a decision. That way, there would still be a way out, and by then, she could use the Weaver to protect herself and have the confidence to confront Pandora.
Tangze Asuka also learned that Mr. Fisher was being pursued by death, and his deal with the Pandora Angel was to lift the threat of death. But if Pandora was deceiving them, then what would Mr. Fisher do?
He would die.
Even if she cannot go ho, at least she knows the way back, but as for Mr. Fisher, she doesn’t want him to...
Looking at Tangze Asuka, who was biting her lip and looking pale, Fisher’s eyes flickered slightly.
After a mont of silence, he suddenly reached out to ruffle Tangze Asuka’s hair and thoughts.
"Ah ah ah, Mr. Fisher, don’t... don’t ss up my hair..."
"Have you been practicing magic recently?"
"Huh?"
Tangze Asuka didn’t know why Mr. Fisher suddenly asked this, so she raised her head and replied blankly,
"I have... I an, less than before, but I’ve already learned all that you taught previously."
"In fact, in the path of magic, my role to you is not as effective as a scroll that records all the magic in the world. But in other aspects, I can still give you so friendly advice.
"Usually, a person with such a gift for engraving magic would not be lacking in other areas, and you should be the sa. The reason you feel so constrained is entirely because of yourself. Sotis you’re too timid to face things, whereas other tis you beco overly bold and impulsive, like two different people. But Tangze, everything you need, you already have. These traits were evident when you practiced engraving magic—calm, confident, and thodical. You should approach everything you encounter with the sa attitude you have towards engraving magic."
Tangze Asuka bit her lip upon hearing this, then quickly nodded.
She didn’t know if she understood it, but sohow, her inner anxiety gradually cald down, her eyes lingering on Fisher’s chest with those planted pink markings...
She was greedy.
She also wanted to plant a mark like that herself.
"I... I understand, Mr. Fisher. I’ll go help Margaret now. Once the matter here is settled and I obtain the World Tree Tear, I... I have sothing I want to talk to you about."
"Okay."
Tangze Asuka nodded with a red face, then turned and ran towards the distant stone tower.
Fisher, left in place, watched as she ran further away, and Helair floated over, embracing his neck,
"Mr. Fisher~ You’re really good at teaching students, one thing after another. Do you really trust your student so much?"
Fisher opened her hand silently, his expression sowhat serious, as he stared at the stone tower vaguely glowing with a golden hue,
"No, I don’t trust her. She can’t handle it alone, and I don’t trust that Margaret. We need to go too."
