She rely held Emhardt and the crystal in her arms and flew higher and higher, until they could see the outline of the giant blue planet down below.
Emhardt wanted to speak again but was shocked to find that the virtualized giant tree that seed larger than this planet had disappeared without a trace, while dangerous golden light began flickering around Dragon Tail Island at the southern end of the Dragon Continent.
"What... what is happening?"
Gabriel gazed at the scene below with an expressionless face, only pulling Emhardt and the crystal closer after a long while,

Outside Dragon Tail Island, beside the broad beach where waves pounded the shore, today’s waves were far more turbulent than usual.

The elegant male elf behind her bowed and departed, but Master Tao’s expression showed no signs of relief. Until contact with Mother about the Transferee’s plan was established, her heart couldn’t settle, hence she personally led the elves here.
It had been ntioned before that the World Tree and the elves weren’t in the sa dinsion, even her own siblings sotis couldn’t pinpoint her exact location, often just exchanging heated, contentious words over long distances, adding to each other’s woes.
And whenever the World Tree was infuriated by the Fermat Baha Dragon God, all bone pieces used for elf divination turned "calamitous."
Yes, this is the crux of the issue, generally elves couldn’t directly contact the World Tree. Even offspring required certain ans to transcend dinsions for communication, a process usually cumberso, with only the Dragon God able to engage in cooperative exchanges line-for-line.

Behind her, Li and Cheng exchanged glances, their expressions displaying hesitation, while Master Tao had beco thoroughly impatient, her eyes abruptly cracking, turning into two rotating heavy pupils within her eyes, veins bulging on her forehead as she furiously cursed at them both,
