The more he listened, the tighter Fisher’s brow furrowed.

He always had an extrely ominous premonition.

At the sa ti, Hooked Kiss added,

"Moreover, Fisher, there are still so demi-humans and humans nearby who haven’t been collected by those threads. Those who’ve been taken by Death we cannot save, but the remaining ones we must bring with us."

"...I’ll think of sothing."

Fisher rubbed his temples painfully. Even though he was of Mythical Rank now, he still couldn’t check who hadn’t been collected in the Ideal Country on the verge of destruction before the World Tree.

At that mont, he frantically searched in his mind for usable magic. Certainly, he couldn’t use the Spinners to pull them out one by one?

Just then, Mikhail looked around with a serious expression and then spoke,

"It’s okay, I already have a solution."

"You..."

As Fisher and Hooked Kiss looked up at him, a dense sound like wild bees buzzing suddenly appeared over the Ideal Country.

Fisher raised his eyebrows and looked up to the sky, seeing beside the shadow of the giant entity of the World Tree, a tide-like surge of machinery erging from the clouds in the firmant.

The machinery was sowhat primitive, but Fisher felt a familiarity with the blue glow they emitted.

"Cardinal..."

He muttered, thinking how similar those things looked to the machinery of his era.

Nearby, Mikhail broke out in virtual sweat as interfaces and code flickered in his view. He heard Fisher’s voice with what little energy he had left, froze for a mont, and said,

"Just in ti, I’ve discussed with Archangel Michael. The artificial intelligence he created is called ’David’. The machinery I designed still doesn’t have a na. He’s not good at naming, so let’s go with Fisher’s suggestion and call them Cardinal... Archangel Michael, what do you think?"

Everyone looked at him, but none knew that far off in the cosmos, within the Sun Ring on the Fifth Day, many angels skilled in forging were stepping out of their Forging Rooms, surprised at the endless stream of machinery erging from Michael’s Forge.

Inside Michael’s Forge, he leaned his cheek on his hand, looking at the machines being endlessly produced under ’David’s control and the aid of the Holy Object, and indifferent said to Mikhail,

"Whatever you want, but don’t forget, after helping you, they have to be repaid."

Mikhail smiled bitterly but could only reply,

"No problem, Angel Leader."

"Hmph."

Beyond that cold hum, silence returned.

"Boom!"

At the sa mont, the base of the stone tower exploded violently, the impact completely collapsing the already precarious stone tower.

From the ruins below, a rather spacious gap erupted like a tsunami, spewing wave after wave of chaotic, unprecedented black substance, continuously engulfing the ground, seemingly intent on swallowing everything above.

Everyone above experienced a rapid decline in sanity upon seeing the black substance.

Mikhail’s eyes turned red, witnessing snowflakes from New Moscow City drift before him again; Tangze Asuka scread, clutching her head in pain, as scarlet liquid began to flow from her seven orifices; Hooked Kiss and Necolia succumbed to ntal disorientation, veins bulging in agony before the black substance.

Fisher was similarly affected, but perhaps due to the baptism of the Completion Manual, he was impacted less than others.

"Mikhail, quickly!"

Seeing the black tide about to engulf them, Fisher swiftly turned to shout at everyone behind him.

The voice jolted drowsy Mikhail awake slightly; gritting his teeth, with years of battling cyberpsychosis transford into one sentence, he roared,

"David!! Get everyone alive out!!"

"Beep beep! Administrator’s command detected, executing the task with units one to three hundred. By the way, David really likes this na, if I can evolve in the future, please, Administrator, future iterations must retain this na... Uh, if you insist on distinguishing, do add numbers for us. Administrator, what do you think?"

However, Mikhail, almost driven mad by the chaotic tide behind, entirely ignored its words.

Fortunately, the artificial intelligence and machinery seed unaffected by the chaotic tide, with David accurately executing Mikhail’s orders.

Before they collapsed, Cardinals descended from the sky at a one-person-per-Cardinal ratio, lifting Mikhail to hover in mid-air.

Fisher, biting his teeth, quickly tossed his partners onto the queued Cardinals.

After managing to get Necolia onto a Cardinal, when the last Cardinal appeared before him, Fisher suddenly froze.

He turned to look beneath the collapsed stone tower, the chaotic tide almost at hand. The whispers in his ear began to roar, seemingly warning him of the consequences of not leaving...

However, Helair was still inside.

"Beep beep beep, greetings, sir. Please comply with the administrator’s command and board to leave imdiately."

"Wait here for , you can carry two people, right?!"

"Beep beep beep, firstly, sir, you are not my administrator; your instructions I am not obligated to follow; secondly, unit 272 has only undergone half an hour of simple assembly; by design, it was light and cannot carry two people, if accounting for you as an adult male, it’s no..."

But Fisher ignored the chatter of David, gritting his teeth and sprinting towards the chaotic tide’s gap behind him.

Behind him, one Cardinal after another swiftly lifted remaining living beings from Ideal Country’s ruins. The farther from the chaotic ground, the lesser the impact, allowing Tangze Asuka to regain a bit of clarity.

She shook her head, then looked down to see Fisher rushing towards the black substance recklessly.

"Mr. Fischer!!"

Tangze Asuka’s pupils shrank slightly, quickly struggled on the Cardinal, but the next mont, chanical arms grabbed her firmly, preventing movent,

"Courtesy reminder from David, please remain seated and secure, take care of personal safety..."

"You rascal!"

"Repeating once more, my na is David, not ’rascal’... Let’s consider reversing perspectives for a mont, if I ignore your kind concern, then call you ’rascal’, how would you feel? Wouldn’t you be sad?"

"Aaaargh!"

Listening to Tangze Asuka angrily kicked the chattering Cardinal below, but that didn’t stop it from flying higher and further away with her.

Above, the tardy World Tree quickly realized the black substance’s eruption below and the increasingly active Death Authority.

As a demigod with a crucial duty, she knew the severity of the problem better than anyone.

Chaos, unleashed!

In the next mont, she decisively discarded Margaret and Weaver, locking her unrivaled demigod aura from top to bottom on Ideal Country, on the expanding chaos.
