The stars of the South Continent at night are as they have always been, with a river of stars stretching across the cloudless night sky, appearing spectacular at first glance.
To the living creatures gazing up from below, the sky resembles a black disk, perpetually spinning with stars, exhibiting a sense of mystery that encompasses everything.
Fisher was not seeing such a night for the first ti. In the past, when he traveled across the South Continent with Rafael and a group of Dragon-n in his carriage, he witnessed such beautiful nights every evening.
Now Rafael is not by his side; the only one accompanying him to view the night is Emhardt.

In the wilderness, Fisher used gathered twigs to build a simple fire pit, continually adding pieces of wood he had chopped into several segnts. The nights in the South Continent are cold, although for a being of Mythical Rank like him it carries no feeling; after all, he is accompanied by a genuine human girl, for whom this fire is prepared.
Beside him, Emhardt was lying on the sandy ground, reviewing sothing. The pages in his stomach flipped continuously, shining with lines of golden light as he mumbled phrases like “damn Paimon” and “she must be watching us”—words too cryptic to understand.
Much like in the Northern Realm, after experiencing the recent events, Emhardt’s vigilance against Paimon… that is, Helair, increased significantly, even suspecting Paimon was hiding sowhere in this wilderness, secretly observing their every move.
anwhile, Fisher took out the Fluid Sword from his bosom, attempting to rouse it.
Since being polluted by chaos in the Ideal Country, the Fluid Sword has beco particularly limp and never regained its vigor. No matter how Fisher calls upon it, its condition remains unchanged, as if chaos broke it.
I have to say, Fisher really liked this item given by Ramasitia. It felt so natural to use, applicable in most scenarios except for engraving magic.
“Knock, knock~”
He summoned it once more, but receiving no response, Fisher had to give up.
Perhaps Moli, a mber of the Whale-man Species who can connect with Ramasitia, would know what to do. Yet, where exactly she is sleeping in the sea remains unknown; this must wait until there’s a chance encounter.
The current priority is to quickly head south on the South Continent to be beside Rafael.

Just as Fisher was pondering, Emhardt’s sudden call reached him, making Fisher turn his head involuntarily.

“Co here, quickly.”
Helpless, Fisher could only get up and go over. That’s when he noticed that the fellow still had a twig in his mouth, only now spitting it out; apparently, he had been using it to write sothing earlier.
With the help of the firelight, Fisher looked down to see orderly lines of Nali text and a title,
“Strategy for Guarding Against Paimon!!!”
Followed by three emphasizing punctuation marks.
“What’s this?”
“It’s the guidance strategy for our subsequent actions!”
Emhardt said confidently, floating back onto Fisher’s shoulder, and continued,
“That guy who attempted to intercept us in the factory must be a being of Mythical Rank, and also soone from the Nali side… or temporarily on the Nali side, you have no objection, correct?”
“None.”
“Good. Based on the current known elents: ‘you dared to engage Paimon without knowing better, and now Paimon is focused on you’ and ‘Paimon is extrely evil, fearso, and formidable,’ I propose a basic principle: ‘any strange happenings we encounter are absolutely linked to Paimon at a hundred percent!'”

“Nali is a human nation! In just a few short years, it has acquired these—it has entities of Mythical Rank, which historically only existed among the two Mythical Species when we traversed back. Now, there’s one in the Nali army. Emhardt continued to analyze righteously, saying,
“Moreover, I’d rather believe that Queen Elizabeth suddenly changed her temper regarding your sordid affairs with other Ladies than trust that humans spontaneously excelled, producing beings of Mythical Rank. Therefore, assuming all of these are Paimon’s sche, Fisher, you must be cautious! This fellow loves to disguise as soone entirely seamless to deceive you, luring you into the Abyss! Anyone you encounter could be her shadow, including those Ladies you are closely associated with, got it?
“So, throughout the upcoming journey, we must solely trust each other! Next, every person you et might be Paimon; anything they tell you could be what Paimon wishes for you to do. Only this way can we minimize Paimon’s impact… although the effectiveness feels limited, it’s better than nothing. You wouldn’t want to find a Lady beside you suddenly becoming that fellow, right, Fisher?”
