Chapter 318: 129. Kindness is weak
On the pitch-black Snake Head Street, Elizabeth gently helped Fisher onto her gold carriage, while Old Jack and Karma remained in the tavern without coming out.

She turned her head to look at Moli before her and suddenly spoke,

Inside the carriage, Fisher and Elizabeth exchanged glances. It was Elizabeth who first spoke softly to Fisher,
“Don’t talk, I’ll go out and check.”
Fisher’s expression also turned serious as he gently opened the curtain of the carriage slightly, revealing the profound moonlight outside, making the conversation from outside clearer.

Toward the end, he casually pointed at the carriage before him and added,
“We have to inquire if Mr. Fisher Benavides is inside this carriage?
