Now reading: Chapter 410 - 1. Chaos Species3 from Demi-human Girls Completion Manual, a Urban novel by Yiweimi.

She had also beco the only person Fisher found strange during their days together.

Right now, her entire body was bundled up in a thick, wide robe, sitting atop the mast like a dumpling. According to Fisher’s observations over the past few days, she spent most of her ti up there, coming down only to eat, sleep, and use the restroom; otherwise, you just had to look up at the mast to find her.

Each day, she sat atop the mast like a statue, enjoying the breeze, occasionally watching the sea, and sotis watching her parrot and Karma playing.

Yes, the Steel Blade Parrot was Ossie’s pet.

The parrot could speak human language, was very empathetic, though it often scolded Karma and the others, most of the ti its nature was playful.

Fisher was quite interested in the Second Officer, not only because of her sowhat quirky personality but also because she was a Grey Bird Species demi-human.

After learning that one could receive rewards from the "Demi-human Girls Completion Manual" by researching more demi-humans, Fisher was quite eager to find more demi-human species to study, though he wondered if this urgency was a drawback of the Completion Manual, making him feel a bit possessed.

However, it turned out that the Completion Manual wasn’t the issue; it was just Fisher’s own desire to research, because doing nothing all day on the ship was just too boring. If he continued to idle, he was ready to dissect Emhardt to see the inner structure or study Karma and the three Mouse Human Species...

After so thought, he decided it would be too harsh, so he gave up.

As for Isabella...

Just as Fisher was looking around with his notebook in hand, a faint sea salt fragrance suddenly ca from nearby. Fisher glanced sideways and saw Alagina dressed in a captain’s uniform, who had unknowingly approached him, now watching everything on the ship with him.

In Alagina’s heart, she didn’t have any grand ambitions... or rather, after she rebelled and killed her mother to avenge her father, her goal had already been lost.

Becoming a pirate was just to take responsibility for the sisters who had fled with her, earning enough money until each of them could settle down.

Now, with the man she liked by her side watching the sisters she had been through thick and thin with, this sense of warmth was sothing Alagina had never experienced in all these years.

She suddenly understood why the won in her hotown always dread of marrying a virtuous gentleman; perhaps they were chasing the feeling she was experiencing right now.

Thinking of this, Alagina’s heart began to beat faster, until Fisher turned his head to greet her, and she managed to utter so trivial conversation,

"...We’ve just started our journey, and it might take even longer than expected. Because we took a detour near Saint Nali earlier, we don’t have enough fuel to return to the pirate port. We need to detour for supplies before we enter the Eastern Ocean."

Alagina didn’t know why she had suddenly said this; she just felt the need to say sothing and converse with Fisher, hoping for his response.

"It’s okay, it seems everyone else is really enjoying the current mont."

Even such a simple answer satisfied Alagina.

Emhardt, next to them, had already grown accustod to Fisher’s behavior; his eyes squinted as he perched on Fisher’s shoulder, staying silent, clearly seeing through the cold realities of the world and conceding to reality; he didn’t want to end up in confinent again for reminding Fisher.

There is a saying: to destroy them, first drive them mad.

He planned to let Fisher indulge in gentle distractions until one day when he truly ’capsized’ and bled, then he would jump out to mock him bitterly, making him regret not heeding the great Emhardt’s advice...

But then, upon closer thought, if this guy died, wouldn’t his own deal fall through?

With his terrifying speed of flirting, his demise might very well co before his own deal was complete! What to do then...

Emhardt’s dilemma was known to no one; hearing Fisher’s words, Alagina sneaked another glance at him, her mind racing for what to say next.

As she pondered haphazardly: Now, should I invite him to visit my room? Would that be too direct and abrupt? Should we have dinner first then visit? Or should I give sothing as a prelude to convey my intention? Then, what should I give?

In such chaotic thoughts, she suddenly caught sight of the dense notes in Fisher’s notebook; she then rembered Fisher was a well-known scholar with a specific interest in researching demi-human species...

Just as she was about to break the ice with "demi-human species" as a topic of conversation, she and Fisher were suddenly captivated by the blonde girl who erged from behind the Captain’s Room; it was Isabella, the always poised and radiant noble lady.

Yet now, her deanor was listless, and her face was very pale.

Isabella had been lifeless since boarding the ship, staying in her room almost all day, only erging for lunch or dinner, and ’dejected’ wasn’t sufficient to describe her state.

Like now, it was almost afternoon and she had just co out of her room, clearly driven by hunger to reluctantly seek food.

Seeing Isabella, Alagina said,

"I’ll ask the chef to prepare lunch for her."

Fisher furrowed his brows, shaking his head in refusal,

"No, don’t make it yet. Let talk to her first."
