The dwellers of this abandoned building were like people carelessly discarding takeout wherever they ate.
"Do Corpse Ghosts have no sense of sll, or do they just prefer this scent?"
Chu Xiu wrinkled his nose in disgust.
Just as he silently remarked, a sharp shriek suddenly pierced his ears! It was the wind pressure sound of air compressed to the extre!
Before Chu Xiu could react, a blood-red slender tentacle rapidly shot out along the wall, wrapping around Chu Xiu’s body!

Through the crossing of the Celestial Demon Hands, Chu Xiu got a clear view of the attacker.
This was a creature almost indistinguishable from an ordinary person in stature, but with a face devoid of features, only an ear-to-ear slit of a mouth filled with layers of jagged teeth. Its skin was vampire-pale, constantly seeping blood-colored sweat, and from its tailbone sprouted five slender red tentacles, one of which had been severed, with fresh blood continually flowing from the wound.
