The headquarters of the Heaven and Sea Pavilion is located here, hence the city is called Heavenly Sea City.
However, the Heaven and Sea Pavilion is not the only dominant force in Heavenly Sea City, as there is another monstrous power within the city that can rival the Heaven and Sea Pavilion.

Lin Feng traveled by sword, and what would have taken eight days by normal travel, took him less than five, and he was near Heavenly Sea City.
Riding the clouds, Lin Feng saw in the distance a great river appear before him, over a thousand miles wide, its length unknown, roaring and turbulent.
Across this great river lay an imposing and vast ancient city.
Seeing this, Lin Feng smiled slightly; he had finally arrived!
The information he gathered earlier said that Heavenly Sea City was situated beside the Heavenly River.
Such a large river must indeed be the Heavenly River, and the grand city before him could only be Heavenly Sea City.
Without ti to marvel at the grandeur of Heavenly Sea City, Lin Feng sheathed his Spirit Sword, his form cutting through the sky, swiftly flying over the Heavenly River towards the city.

To his surprise, the headquarters of the Heaven and Sea Pavilion was a city within a city.
This was an inner city, with walls even grander than those of Heavenly Sea City; inside were countless hundred-foot-tall towers and innurable palaces, very imposing.
At the ’gate,’ eight guards stood post, each exuding a strong aura, all being high-rank Earth Martial Masters.
Lin Feng did not linger, striding boldly towards the inner city.
"Stop!"
Before Lin Feng could approach the ’gate,’ a guard shouted harshly, blocking his path.
"Heaven and Sea Pavilion Headquarters, unauthorized personnel are not permitted to approach!" the guard said loudly as he stared sharply at Lin Feng.
Lin Feng did not argue, but with a flip of his hand, he produced his Honorary Badge, wearing it on his ’chest.’
"Honorary Artifact Refiner!"
The guard was first startled, then imdiately saluted Lin Feng, respectfully saying, "Greetings, Master!"
"Hmm!"
Lin Feng nodded slightly, saying, "This is my first ti at headquarters, take to the Artifact Refining Pavilion!"
"Master, there is no Artifact Refining Pavilion at headquarters, only an Artifact Refining Hall," the guard replied.
"Then take to the Artifact Refining Hall." Lin Feng said.
"Yes!"
Then, the guard escorted Lin Feng into the inner city.
Inwardly, Lin Feng was impressed; this identity as an Honorary Artifact Refiner was indeed significant, providing him with much convenience lately.
Co to think of it, besides offering a few Artifact Refining Formulas to Old Dan, he hadn’t made any other contributions.
A mont later, the guard led Lin Feng to the ’door’ of a grand tower.
"Master, this is the Artifact Refining Hall!" the guard said to Lin Feng.

Lin Feng nodded, then strode into the tower.
The inside of the tower was the Artifact Refining Hall of the Heaven and Sea Pavilion, and upon entering ’door,’ he was greeted by a massive hall.
The hall was filled with people, with a white-haired elder seated in the main seat, and dozens of others sitting below.
Everyone here was an Artifact Refiner, and when Lin Feng saw the emblem on the elder’s ’chest,’ he was shocked: seven Artifact Refining Furnaces and two gold lines, indicating the elder was a Middle Grade Emperor Level Artifact Refiner.
And the dozens below were all King Level Artifact Refiners.
Clearly, they were in a eting, and when they saw Lin Feng suddenly enter, all eyes turned towards him.
Lin Feng’s face turned embarrassed; he hadn’t expected a eting to be underway in the Artifact Refining Hall, and his direct entrance was sowhat abrupt.
However, since he had already entered, he couldn’t turn back, so he steeled himself and walked in.
"Greetings to the elder and all the masters!"
Stepping into the hall, Lin Feng saluted the white-haired elder and perford a cupped fist salute to the other Artifact Refiners.
"Are you the Honorary Artifact Refiner of our Pavilion?" the white-haired elder glanced at Lin Feng’s Honorary Badge on his ’chest,’ his ’face’ slightly gloomy, a bit annoyed by the interruption to their eting.
"Yes, I have co from East Continent, and it’s my first visit to the headquarters!" Lin Feng nodded.
The white-haired elder showed no expression and then gestured, "You may find Little Cui on the second floor, he will make arrangents for you!"
"Thank you, elder!"
Lin Feng clasped his fists in gratitude, then imdiately proceeded up the stairs on one side of the hall to the second floor of the tower.
The second floor of the tower revealed another hall, flanked by rooms clearly designated for Artifact Refining.
In the hall was a front desk, where a middle-aged Artifact Refiner sat, engrossed in calculating accounts.
"Elder, I seek Elder Cui!" Lin Feng addressed the middle-aged man upon reaching the front desk.
Within the headquarters of the Heaven and Sea Pavilion, Lin Feng maintained a humble attitude, not just because he had requests to make, but also due to the abundance of powerful figures here.
The middle-aged man tallying accounts before him was a Low Grade King Level Artifact Refiner.
