Chapter 1081: Chapter 1082: United in Purpose

Under the oppressive force of Chongdu’s He ng, the guards of the Underground Maze all obeyed Yang Yu’s command, orderly launching their strategy for the Ninth Floor.

Along the way, Yang Yu grasped rule after rule of the Ninth Floor.

For instance, if the square remains pressed on the red fra, no forced movent will occur.

After stepping on the first red fra, Yang Yu and his team began timing. A few minutes before possible forced movent, Yang Yu instructed everyone to withdraw from the board. As a result, the squares on the board remained motionless, and everything stayed as it was.

After confirming safety, Yang Yu led the team back onto the board to continue the previous strategy.

Actually, before withdrawing, Yang Yu had already realized his first hypothesis was correct.

The first red fra discovered emitted a dim light, and the second was a bit brighter than the first.

However, this wasn’t due to an increase in the number of red fras, but because the red fras were exposed to the air.

To test his hypothesis, Yang Yu conducted multiple experints.

For example, when encountering a monster spawning tile, he instructed the guard pushing the square to stop and rest, while other guards found tiles capable of summoning monsters and stopped there as well. After identifying five or six fixed-position tiles, Yang Yu then had soone push away one red fra.

The newly pushed red fra was just a bit brighter than before, and didn’t beco brighter due to an increase in numbers.

As the red fras continued to be exposed to the air, they grew increasingly brighter.

By pushing one more red fra, it beca evident that the brightness of two red fras was the sa.

Forced movent is not determined by a single fra, but collectively decided by all fras.

After realizing this, Yang Yu swiftly adjusted his strategy, directing soone to push squares along different paths to locate the first red fra present. Then, Yang Yu treated the squares on the paths without red fras as exploratory stones, investigating areas with undetermined paths.

If a monster summoning point is encountered, they stopped, avoiding exposing the red fras below; if no summoning point was found, they maintained relative independence of the squares, allowing for the potential existence of red fras in new, unknown areas.

Adjusting parts of the strategy might slow down the pace, but ensures greater safety.

Fortunately, the spawned monsters weren’t strong, and the locations were pseudo-random, spawning on the five squares nearest the pusher in a set rhythm, spawning three at a ti.

Yang Yu’s strategy involved pushing one square at a ti, leading to a maximum of three monsters spawning each ti.

With Bai Jin and their current abilities, even without Yang Yu’s intervention, they could easily clear out those monsters.

The only difficulty was the Underground Maze’s monster level, capped at one hundred level, with average attributes rarely exceeding two thousand, except for a slight challenge from each floor’s Guardians.

However, speaking of this, why is the level of ordinary Underground Maze monsters only up to 100?

Yang Yu recalled that he is currently at an Overload Level stage. Though he hadn’t exchanged answers about the Overload Level at the giant dragon, he didn’t know what it represented, but Yang Yu vaguely felt ordinary Underground Maze monsters cannot reach Overload Level, hence the cap at Level 100.

The strategy proceeded orderly, countless scattered squares found their positions, and the squares beca increasingly difficult to move.

Yang Yu once again directed Bai Jin to ascend and sketch the map of the situation.

Unknowingly, they reached the final stage of strategizing this board.

The squares ford an irregular closed pattern; once all internal red fras were located and filled, they should be able to pass.

Reaching this point, each subsequent step must be careful. A wrong push into a dead end would an starting over, and so squares will inevitably expose red fras, leading to strong movent when the red glow becos too bright, potentially voiding all efforts, and even causing a life-threatening risk.

Yang Yu, holding Bai Jin’s drawn map, sat on a square deep in thought, continuously developing plans.

Eventually, Yang Yu numbered all the squares on the periter, had everyone stand at different square edges, noting their positions.

Then, Yang Yu stood before a square, raising his voice. His powerful voice echoed in the space:

“Thank you, everyone, for your efforts. Finally, we’ve reached this point where success or failure hinges on this one action.

None of you wish to see your efforts go in vain, right? To do it all over again?

Then listen closely to my instructions, execute my orders seriously.”

The rest responded one after another, after a long period of joint effort, their hearts intertwined, eagerly hoping to successfully conquer the Ninth Floor, yet fearing the ntal exhaustion from potential failure.

“I’m about to begin. Please hold your breath and listen to each of my commands.”

As Yang Yu spoke, he pushed the giant square in front of him.

Bai Jin, Iyas, Luo Luosi sat on his square, always ready for action.

Lotcar took on the form of a giant wolf, wandering around Yang Yu.

Yang Yu pushed the square quickly, certainly causing countless monsters to refresh from the square. If Yang Yu were affected by a few escaped fish, the speed would slow, impacting the strategy.

Therefore, the tough-skinned Lotcar had to stay by Yang Yu’s side, cleaning up those escaped fish.

With Lotcar by his side, when others push squares awakening monsters, Bai Jin and the others can prioritize targeting solutions, ensuring others’ safety without worrying about Yang Yu’s safety.

As for He ng, to prevent her identity from being exposed, Yang Yu especially used the excuse of “he’s injured and cannot fight freely,” letting her stand aside overseeing the battle, allowing He ng to savor the taste of lon.

With both palms pressed against the square surface, Yang Yu slowly pushed the square inside the closed area.

Upon reaching the red fra, there was a two to three second blockage sensation, but Yang Yu was unfazed, continuing to push the square quickly to discover the red fra’s location.

Once the red fra’s location was confird, Yang Yu imdiately allocated personnel to push other squares for filling, drawing inward.

After positioning the squares in the open external area, Yang Yu had them fill it promptly using mobile squares.

Due to Yang Yu’s rapid discovery of the red fra’s location, nurous monsters poured out from different squares.

Unfortunately, most of them hadn’t fully erged from the squares before being completely obliterated in the cradle by Bai Jin, Iyas, and Luo Luosi.
