Chapter 1104: Chapter 1105: The Island That Fell from the Sky

Glantham Mac was giving a motivational speech at the makeshift podium.

Standing silently on the side, Linglu Huakai, who was in charge of the Dragon God’s Might magic and healing, watched with a trace of worry in her eyes.

She was the one who traced the origin of the telepathy magic.

When she obtained that piece of paper from the giant dragon through teleportation magic, she was equally surprised.

In Raging Dream, there is a very special mber nad Blala Atturn.

The mber nad Blala seems to exhibit an ancestral phenonon, allowing her to perform telepathy over infinite distances and use so extraordinary skills.

When Blala was young, she participated in the Dragon God Conference, achieved a rank, and received the baptism of the giant dragon’s racial essence.

Out of her great reverence for the giant dragons, when Blala received the baptism, she presented a piece of paper imbued with her magic power as a gift to the Dragon King.

Typically, the Dragon King would not easily accept gifts from others, but seeing Blala’s unique physique, he carefully preserved the gifted item.

It was because of the decision made twenty years ago that the Dragon King was able to detect the tragedy of Raging Dream firsthand.

Logically, if there was a large-scale conflict, the giant dragon’s surveillance magic should have captured images.

However, the giant dragon’s surveillance magic only saw a small part.

They saw… the mbers of Raging Dream stripped of their equipnt, thrown to the ground.

The giant dragon’s surveillance magic has its operational rules; after a period following a battle, if no further intense combat occurs, the surveillance magic will return to its original position on standby.

When the Dragon King personally operated the surveillance magic to investigate further, nothing could be seen.

No one knows what the stripped bodies turned into.

According to the current investigation, Raging Dream actively pried open the barrier surrounding the island and landed on it.

Since Blala could perform telepathy remotely without limit and required only a small amount of magic power while doing so, she had the habit of instantaneously docunting what she saw and heard in her diaries.

When they went to Blala’s room and saw an entire room full of diaries, everyone in Dragon God’s Might was indeed shocked.

However, it was thanks to those preserved diaries that Dragon God’s Might clearly understood the sequence of events.

Initially, it was just one mber of Raging Current Fantasy who, while exploring around, noticed a subtle change in an ocean current, as if a gigantic island had suddenly appeared along its path.

That mber surfaced from the sea but couldn’t see any island in the vast expanse of the ocean.

After several investigations, the mber finally confird that in a particular sea area, indeed, there was an island protected by a barrier.

That mber soon developed a keen interest in the invisible island.

With the constant persuasion of that mber, saying, “There might be ruins of a super ancient civilization or so peculiar treasures on the island,” Raging Dream, as a whole group, went to the island wrapped in a barrier.

Blala’s diary detailed the entire process of Raging Dream breaking the barrier and exploring the island.

The ecosystem of the island was astonishing, with towering, lush forests filled with all sorts of strange flowers and plants, as if it had silently existed for thousands of years.

How could such a vast island go unnoticed if it had always been there?

Could it be that this island descended from the heavens?

Raging Dream once used surveillance magic to dive into the sea and observed the island, discovering that the island floating on the sea had a very complete cross-section, as if it were cut from sowhere else.

This suddenly appearing island bewildered everyone in Raging Dream, and after a simple discussion, they decided to continue deeper into the woods.

Throughout the exploration process of the island, Blala’s diary recorded nurous unique experiences, such as finding so broken man-made debris and pottery under certain trees and seeing so giant trees with terrifying scars.

Most astonishing of all, although no trace of any magic beast was seen on the island, they discovered a giant egg more than a ter high, with the sound of life resonating from within.

Blala’s diary abruptly ended at the part with the egg, and the remaining pages in the diary were all blank.

It can be basically confird that the crooked word “egg” on the paper given by the giant dragon referred to the giant egg found by Raging Dream in the forest.

As for the woman, the dragon… they should be the owner of that giant egg.

They must have had a conflict with the egg’s owner and ultimately perished on that island.

Raging Dream still counts as a powerful S-Class adventure group in this world. It’s hard to believe that their fight was so difficult they couldn’t record anything.

With such findings, the giant dragons advised Dragon God’s Might to team up with as many adventurers as possible to reduce danger.

It was only then that the usually arrogant Dragon God’s Might issued a call to gather the surrounding adventurers.

Standing next to Linglu, the scout with gold short hair, Corola, noticed the worry in Linglu’s eyes and asked with concern:

“Are you okay?”

“I’m fine.” Although she answered this way, Linglu still couldn’t hide the unease in her voice.

“You don’t need to worry so much.”

Corola glanced at Gushan, who was leaning against the adventurer guild wall, drinking coffee and reading a book, and then at Luo Bei, who was chatting with the adventurer guild’s waitress in swim trunks, and said,

“Relax like those guys. There’s nothing wrong with it.

This task will surely be completed smoothly.

It’s been a long ti since we had a challenging task.

Tasks that are sowhat challenging can continuously urge us to improve.”

Linglu nodded slightly and casually said, “I don’t know if there’s anyone else besides us who will go to Raging Dream’s stronghold.

Just by looking at those diaries, even without retracing the steps, we could follow the clues.

So aside from the people here, there’s a chance there could be additional reinforcents.”

“Retracing is just to reconfirm if the direction is correct.”

Corola still sensed Linglu’s concern but did not criticize,

“We’ve left notes in prominent places; if they see them, they should get here quickly.

If we resolve things early….

Well, sorry, they’ll have made a trip in vain.

After everything ends, we have to go back there again.

Most of Raging Dream’s retirees have returned to their original tribes to deal with the expansion of the Spiny Scale Lizards.

Since no one is going to clean up Raging Dream’s remaining possessions, we’ll have to take on that duty, at least to let Raging Dream disappear with so dignity.”
