Capítulo 1305: Chapter 1305: Determination

Bright red spread across the bottom of the ship, Qiuye’s gaze fixed tightly on the Zhimu beneath her feet.

Zhimu coughed, spat out blood, and Qiuye drew her long blade, plunging it hard into Zhimu’s heart again—one, two, three, four strikes, taking advantage of Zhimu’s immobility to completely finish him off.

The number of tis she’s taken another’s life this way is gradually increasing, each ti leaving Qiuye feeling uneasy, faintly nauseated.

But she knows that if she doesn’t act to resolve these people, it will be her and her companions on the ship who will die.

This reasoning is identical to why she had to defeat her sister Aslit.

If she doesn’t fight and utterly defeat her, more people will end up like her father.

As Zhimu’s breath left him entirely, Qiuye used the long blade to release Wind Blade inside Zhimu’s body, tearing apart most of the muscles, before ascending through the hole she fell from, returning to the deck.

The attacking Hapi, seeing that it was Qiuye erging first rather than Zhimu, paused their assault, unable to hide the astonishnt on their faces.

The Hapi chased the warship, circling above, waiting for their leader to fly out from the hole, but no matter how long they waited, they never saw Zhimu climbing out.

Through the Shell, Luo Luosi shouted to the Hapi in the sky: “Your leader has been defeated by us! If you intend to resist and attack us recklessly, feel free, we won’t show rcy!”

A few Hapi called out, summoning Zhimu, but received no response.

Zhimu’s loyal followers wanted to continue organizing the Hapi to attack; even if Zhimu truly was dead, Count Blood was still watching from behind them. If they stopped attacking now, and Count Blood blad them, they wouldn’t know how to explain themselves.

Luo Luosi again shouted to the sky: “I know what you’re worried about.

Escaping here doesn’t necessarily an death.

We’ve co to defeat Count Blood, you’ve seen our strength.

You should know what kind of person Count Blood is. You risk your lives for him, but if not this ti, then next ti might cost you dearly.

Ask your hearts.

You originally just wanted to lead peaceful lives on the island, yet everything was disrupted by his arrival. He didn’t truly grant you favors, yet you risk your lives for him—is it really worth it?”

Facing Luo Luosi’s questioning, several Hapi looked at each other.

They weren’t entirely ignorant of Zhimu’s secret deeds; they chose to turn a blind eye in order to survive.

With Zhimu gone, the Hapi Clan will undoubtedly fracture again. But this isn’t necessarily entirely a bad thing.

After the previous skirmish, they realized the difference in strength between them and Luo Luosi’s group. If they continued, they might indeed perish here.

“Don’t be misled. Victory is within reach, and we can’t be certain Lord Zhimu is truly dead, don’t fall for their trap!” Zhimu’s follower called out, trying to regain the Hapi’s fighting spirit.

Yet several Hapi had already disengaged from the battle, scattering.

In their view, if even a powerful figure like Zhimu couldn’t handle Luo Luosi’s group, they would be sending themselves to certain death, potentially having their bones broken by Luo Luosi’s Shell and thrown into the sea as drenched chickens.

The attacking Hapi dispersed like birds and beasts, leaving behind only a few loyal ones trying to take so action.

Unfortunately, their attacks no longer posed a threat to Luo Luosi’s group.

Luo Luosi organized her team to deal with the remaining Hapi while also informing everyone to prepare to abandon ship.

Even Luo Luosi had no idea how much longer this precarious warship could hold.

Kula Doreen watched He ng fly towards Aslit, determined she climbed the ship’s railing, turning to Qiuye, who was resting nearby:

“Qiuye.

Your growth, I’m truly gratified.

I am partly to bla for Aslit’s current situation. I must go and make things right.

Join them and act together.

Live more freely from now on.”

Having spoken, Kula Doreen pushed off the ship with both hands, leaping down, landing steadily on the sea’s surface.

Witnessing this, Qiuye realized what her father was set to do, unwilling to let him go, hurriedly rushing to the railing, hoping to make him stop.

However, a round Sli collided precisely with Qiuye, causing her to fall onto the deck.

Kula Doreen knew the imnse danger this journey held, deeming it unnecessary for these adorable little creatures to take risks along.

Luo Luosi had instructed He ng on what to do, sothing Kula Doreen had sowhat realized.

Once Aslit fell from the sky, soone had to restrain her as before, preventing her from interfering with Bai Jin.

This might be the only chance in life to face off against Aslit, though the process might not be as imagined, Kula Doreen cherished this opportunity greatly, grateful to Yang Yu for letting him continue onward.

Qiuye struggled to stand from the deck, watching Kula Doreen approach Aslit riding the waves.

Qiuye was in turmoil on the warship, helplessly watching her father drift further away.

He ng, transford into a swift-tailed swift, rapidly fluttered its wings, becoming a firework rushing into the sky, darting toward Aslit.

Its streamlined form minimized air resistance to the greatest extent, its nimble body flying faster than the transford Enchanting Demon, Aslit.

Aslit’s main focus remained on Bai Jin not far away; Aslit didn’t know why Bai Jin was flying like that, but was sure it wasn’t for anything good. She had to completely eliminate Bai Jin before she could accomplish it, to cleanse the sha of their previous battle.

Yet Bai Jin, like Yang Yu whom Aslit had fought before, was akin to a slippery eel; no matter how much Aslit attacked, Bai Jin always managed to erge unscathed.

Repeated failures had greatly worn Aslit’s patience, her attacks growing more frantic, increasingly extre.

Black currents surged through Aslit, faintly stinging her heart, yet she was unmoved, her gaze fixed solely on Bai Jin.

Drawing her long blade, black currents endlessly sparked across it.

With a swing, a black-purple Half Moon Slash cut through the dark night, so sharp it seed to slice the space cleanly in two.

Bai Jin thrust her Magic Wand forward, deploying Navigation Magic at its tip, so whenever it encountered obstacles or a Magic Barrier, Navigation Magic would guide her to change direction.

With this magic, Bai Jin maintained high-speed flight and still managed to turn sideways, observe Aslit’s movents behind, and continuously cast spells to fend off Aslit’s attacks.
