To taste this legendary delicacy, many Civilian Slis chose to take risks and sneak out of the Underground Kingdom to the surface world.
The higher echelons turned a blind eye to this situation; after all, it was better to open the doors to a new world for the populace than to let their dissatisfaction fester within the Empire.
