Chapter 566: The Empy Castle – Warning Bells!
Asmodeus looked at his lovers, but couldn’t wait. “I have to leave, wait here.”
Woosh!
His wings spread with a burst of aura, and he shot into the sky like an arrow, flapping them twice to reach the height he needed. His eyes scanned the camp and then turned to Baltimore, which had closed its gate, leaving the only entrance open through a tunnel to allow supplies inside.
With incredible speed, Asmodeus flew towards the city before descending into the central citadel, his goal to find the honoured guests from the mainland. “Simon ntioned them a few nights ago in his ssage.” Asmodeus whispered to himself while rushing through the empty hallways.
No maids.
No guards.
Empty…
“Why? How did we have dinner?”
A heavy wave of realisation hit him as he rembered sothing crucial; the guests from the mainland must have either hidden or left Baltimore at least before the day he arrived.
What confused Asmodeus the most was that he could sense living beings in the citadel from outside, but inside, he couldn’t feel anything. Not only that, but sothing blocked off the outside aura using the walls and windows… as if…
“Of course…” Asmodeus stopped and looked up, seeing a large chandelier made from a material he was already familiar with.
“Mana absorbing stones.”
The small, dark stones weren’t natural in this world, but if you entered a dungeon and killed a strong monster, these things would appear like a present. Mana stones, Mana cores, depending on the country, the na changed, but they all absorbed mana, and with enough of them together, it stopped things like aura detection.
“phisto…” A gut feeling crept into his mind.
He wanted to rush to the castle vault, but forced to search one room at a ti, it took a while even for soone who could teleport several tres each second.
An hour passed of constant searching, while Asmodeus finally searched the last small room and found that nobody remained, no humans, no monsters, no demons, nothing.
Did he send the workers to the annexe to serve Vinea?
“Damn it…”
The annoyance of being tricked made Asmodeus angry, because he had seen the maids only a few monts before leaving; he had taken everything for granted. “Where are those guests? Where did he go?”
The mont he stepped out, he looked up at the sky…

Asmodeus eventually reached the side palace where Vinea and Lumina rested, and to his surprise, the mont he opened the door, dozens of maids and knights stood quietly guarding and working, but their eyes looked strange.
All of them are possessed!?
Although they didn’t attack him or act strangely, black ink filled their eyes.
“Greetings, Emperor Asmodeus.” They greeted him with stiff and awkward voices, thier eyes distant and looking through him. It was evident that phisto had a hold on them, but it didn’t seem aggressive or violent.
‘Why did he leave them to greet with such respect?
Asmodeus shook his head and moved towards the wing where Vinea and the others should be waiting for him. He didn’t want to be away from them for so long and rushed to her room, his body fading into the air with each teleport.
He failed to notice that so of the maids acted differently.
When he started teleporting, their eyes focused on the movent and direction of his teleported form before returning to normal.
*Click!*
Vinea and Lumina lay on the bed the mont he entered.
Asmodeus stepped with an anxious stride, worried that phisto might have possessed both won to use as decoys, but when he flipped the quilt. He found his beautiful, naked lovers still covered in his markings and dried fluids.
‘They are safe…’
He leaned over and kissed both of them, then let out a long sigh of relief. The dark feeling of dread that lood in his heart eased slightly as he sat down and tried to calm himself.
“Nn… My Lord… Ngh…” Vinea winced as she tried to climb out of bed, her hips dragging slightly with each step.
“Don’t force it, I will co to you.”
Vinea stumbled and tripped. “Ahh…”
Asmodeus scooped her up, detaching his cape and wrapping her body in it before sitting on the bed. The beautiful woman slowly woke up in his arms, her head lying on his shoulder.
“Good morning,” he said with a gentle smile.
“It’s already dark…” Her voice sounded cute and sugary.
“How is your body?”
“You can see it for yourself…”
She opened her legs wide and spread them, showing him the glistening wetness and swollen pink lips from their previous night of passion. “Where did you learn to be so rough? I almost died.”
“I see, did you not like it?”
She shook her head and pulled down his tunic.
Asmodeus leaned forward and kissed Vinea’s lips before she moved to his neck, biting it gently with minor marks. “Don’t tease , I know you’ve co here because of sothing important.” Her eyes narrowed as she licked across his throat, leaving a sticky trail. “I can sll their scent on you.”
“Ah…”
He forgot that a demon queen with strong senses would notice it right away.
“So, what’s the matter? You’ve not been this unsettled since we left for the north.”
Asmodeus took a deep breath and began to tell her everything, from how phisto had disappeared after their confrontation and the guests of Baltimore fleeing, possibly towards the mainland, or at least he hoped. Then, about how everyone else camped just outside the gates, prepared to fight.
“I see…” Vinea’s eyes flicked around the castle, and she nodded. “You’re right sothing strange is blocking my senses…”
“Can you feel anything?”
“No, I can hear the movents of the servants in this castle, but cannot sense them.”
“Yeah, I think we should call out for Simon and Paul to contact their friends and find out if they left last night.”
“Hmm…” Vinea sat quietly beside him. The feeling of her soft ass pressing against his cock was comforting. “Even after ravishing us all night you’re already hard… amazing.”
He wanted to complain, but before he could, her eyes folded and she drooped against his chest, a low hum coming from her lips as she started snoring.
Asmodeus sighed before lifting her in his arms.
“I guess I need to carry you back.”
She was light and warm in his arms and felt delicate, almost fragile, as if she would break if he dropped her. But this woman could fight for hours without a care in the world—a true fighter.
Asmodeus stepped towards Lumina and leaned down, kissing her cheek, before putting both won in the sa bed.
“Sleep tight.”
He turned away, snapping his fingers to create a multitude of red, pulsing magic circles that wrapped around the bed, door and windows. “If anyone attacks or tries to entire, they’ll be shredded into pieces.”
Asmodeus then left the room and walked to the pulsing aura emanating from the next room—Ygrenne seed to be healthy, at least. However, Simon’s energy seed chaotic, like a storm. It was odd because it wasn’t angry but excited, or sothing similar.
When Asmodeus entered the room, Ygrenne and Simon shifted, both naked and in bed… “Ah…”
Asmodeus coughed awkwardly, his cheeks warming slightly before he regained himself. “Ahem! Well done, both of you!”
“Huh!?!” Simon froze, while Ygrenne just kicked him off her, and stood up without a care about being naked. “Your Majesty, what’s the matter?”
The cold and serious tone was back.
She must have felt his urgency and forgotten that she was naked… as if he hadn’t seen everything anyway…
“Ygrenne, please put on so clothes and et in Paul’s room…” He shook his head while looking at the poor Simon on the floor, who looked dazed.
The mont Asmodeus left the room, he heard Ygrenne speaking with a different tone…
“You bastard, look what happened!? His majesty saw in such an embarrassing state, how can I live with myself now!?”
Simon yelped and cried out as Ygrenne beat him up.
“I’m sorry, my love~ I will make sure to take care of you until your satisfied!”
“Who loves you and how can that small think satisfy !?”
Asmodeus walked away with a smile on his lips. “Ah, young love!” He then found the third room, a little further down, with a rusty iron door.
Let’s knock first…
He didn’t want to walk in on Paul with a woman.
Knock! Knock!
“…”
No one answered, so Asmodeus waited for a few more minutes.
Knock! Knock!
This ti, he knocked again, louder… and the door clicked open, and a tired-looking Paul appeared, his eyes a little wrinkled, but nothing else seed wrong. “Ah… Ryuji?”
Paul rubbed his eyes in confusion before opening them wide when he realised who it was.
“Is sothing wrong? Please co in.”
Asmodeus nodded and stepped inside; the room was smaller but still spacious. Paul sat at a desk reading several letters, and the bed lay neatly folded with everything tidy.
“Missing your wives?”
“Y-Yeah… how about you?”
“Mine have co to find … haha.”
“Eh?”
Paul looked stunned, but when Asmodeus pointed out the window, his face twitched.
“Your wives are a little scary…”
As the two n joked together, a strange sound suddenly filled the air, and the city bells began to ring rapidly.
A signal of danger.
