Asmodeus didn’t hold back or act pretentious.
He grabbed her face and kissed her.

Lumina pulled away, saliva dripping from her lips as she lazily leaned against the tree beside her, all her extra arms hanging low.

She glanced at him with a sharp glare before her shoulders lowered, relaxing, and she smiled at him gently. “Good, you look more relaxed now.”

Serena’s voice echoed in the air around them, as the air rippled. Her silvery white hair and pale skin pushed through the ripples like climbing into the bath. Behind her, ten fluffy white tails shimred with a divine aura as she curled around Asmodeus on the opposite side from Lumina.
“You’re here too?” He smiled while leaning back against her soft fur, wrapped in all ten tails, and he glanced up at Serena’s face.
The frustration that made his blood boil rapidly faded from his mind.
“Of course, if my sister makes such a sneaky move, why wouldn’t this empress co?”
“Sister~ don’t be so cruel. I haven’t seen him because of our work!”
“Heh, then be better at your job! Spider!”
He listened to his two senior wives bickering, both true gods, and now, if it ca to just Divine Aura, they likely ranked above him. It was just the way things were; his focus was on combat power rather than flashy divine arts.
When one breaks through to Rank One from the mortal, their bodies, talent and future path are combined into a singular growing force called potential. This potential is a temporary state, which lasts until the peak of Rank Two.
At the peak of Rank Two, most people will encounter a huge bottleneck.
Vinea, Levia and Erika spent so much ti ditating because they needed to focus on what path they wished to follow.
Although the potential could be limitless.
Energy was limited.
So when one’s body reaches the peak and breaks through, their minds compare what they need, what they want and match it to their potential. After breaking that limit, they spread their energy between physical enhancent and divine arts.
Velvet’s evolution sought power and the ability to keep up with Asmodeus.
Her physique would receive 90% of her energy, and 10% would go to boosting her divine arts and aura.
Vinea’s breakthrough was the complete opposite, with her prioritising the thing she once lacked, magic and divine arts.
With 80% of her energy going forward, boosting her divine art, Balmung. The remaining 20% would nourish her physique.
“Do you understand it better now?”
Serena stroked Asmodeus’s cheek; she and Lumina had made their choices aeons before, and thus the bottleneck no longer existed for them. Serena focused on Divine Arts, and Lumina on Combat.
The pair supported each other, and this reason made them perfect pillars of the empire as his empress and shadow empress.
Lumina protected Serena like a knight that lurked in the darkness. Serena would use her divine arts to buff and empower Lumina against enemies.
‘Though my wife is still strong…’
Serena was a true goddess born from the world after all. Lumina was an inherited goddess who ca from another world, like Asmodeus.

“Hmm, it’s truly strange though, sister.” Lumina tapped Asmodeus’s forehead, her fingertips glowing with a brilliant light. “From my eyes, he’s already Rank Three… at the very least, his body has broken through.”

She closed her eyes, placing both palms together as minor silver sigils shone across the surface of her pale skin.
The sky rumbled with heavy winds and distant thunder.
A string of strange, inhuman words left her lips as her eyes beca silver beads of light.

The surroundings beca trapped in a whirlwind, their bodies sat in the storm’s eye as rain, wind, snow and sleet tore through the land.

Asmodeus watched his wife as eight wings extended from her back and she floated into the air, golden rings wrapped around her body, while a long, silvery light grew from her fingertip the mont she pointed at him.

It was warm, comfortable to the touch and made him feel at ease.
As quickly as the storm appeared, it died down, with the surroundings even worse than before; broken buildings beca crumbled stone and rubbish.
That’s when Serena opened her eyes and revealed a breathtaking smile.
She panted slightly, sweat dripping from her brows.

“Hahahahaha, that’s our darling!” Lumina burst into laughter, hugging her stomach with eight arms, then she glanced at her husband with a bitter smirk. “Fool!”

Although he knew they weren’t mocking him, two big beauties laughing at him made him blush.
After the two stopped laughing, he finally asked.
“So, what can I do?”
“Fight,” Serena said with her thumbs in the air.
“Kill!” Lumina shouted while jumping into his arms, hugging them both tight.

“You haven’t quite chosen your path.”
“We believe most of your potential is still trapped on the inside waiting to explode and send you into Rank Three fully!”
The two wives moved in almost perfect synchronisation, their faces side by side, with charming smiles, hands pressed together as if performing a strange dance.
“Hey! That ans you need to fight powerful enemies!”
“So darling~ Let’s fight!”
Both won made a fighting pose… one big, one small, driving his heart into turmoil.
Serena’s kimono slipped over her shoulders, revealing two delicate, peach mounds hanging low, like teardrops. Lumina’s plump chest bounced as she rolled her hips, two sets of arms folded underneath to ‘enlarge’ them.
‘The only fighting I want is on the bed right now…’
