Capítulo 727: The Craftiness of a little Demon!

The morning soon greeted the sleeping couple with a low grumble. Asmodeus slipped out of his bed, only to notice a curious pair of eyes watching him.

Vivi sat at the wooden table in the middle of the room, eating so breakfast, her little cheeks puffed with food from the porridge with extra sugar and honey. She didn’t speak, but her little mouth slowly opened into a huge “O” shape.

“Dad!?”

“Vivi?”

He didn’t expect to have nodded off after enjoying so quality ti with the rmaid, but sowhere along the line, his consciousness faded. Asmodeus glanced down and quickly covered himself. He’d forgotten to use magic to cover himself, so he called out to the little devil.

“Can you get Dad his clothes from the chest over there?”

Imdiately after, Vivi’s face transford, like a demon from the horror movies he watched in the other world; her lips curled into a wide grin.

“Dad.”

She called his na with a sweet and lovely tone.

“How much?”

“Em, what?”

For a mont, he thought he might be hearing things, but the second he asked, the little devil chuckled while spooning her little mouth. Then, for a few seconds, she chewed slowly before swallowing and swaying her body.

“Dad, how much to keep this a secret from Mother Gretel?”

‘Is this girl trying to blackmail right now?’

He didn’t know whether to be proud of her as a demon or feel sha that he got caught by the little devil.

“Well, how much do you want?”

Asmodeus didn’t think she’d go over the top, and looking beside him, the current Nerim wouldn’t wake for a while, her body full of marks, and how wild they beca despite being her first ti, he had to admit she drove him mad.

‘Just like a true siren, haha.’

Vivi didn’t care about his ntal gymnastics and tapped the table while rubbing her chin. This habit was sothing she copied from Asmodeus, who touched his chin when thinking or planning sothing.

“Well, Dad.” She stopped, scooping her porridge while looking at the creamy oats leaking from her spoon. “Vivi really likes gemstones.”

The mont she spoke, she ate the porridge, looking at him with her bright, beaming eyes. Asmodeus coughed, unable to resist the strange innocence that manifested whenever she fluttered her lashes.

“Gemstones, huh? How many, what colour?”

This kind of negotiation was quite fun for Asmodeus, because his wives and children all worshipped him. The cheeky and naughty feeling he got from Vivi was unique and tickled his own wild and untad spirit.

‘Sohow reminds of when I tried to trick mother into letting skip practice so we could eat dinner together.’

“Nn…” Nerim sighed as she tried to turn over, her eyebrows furrowed, and she groaned the mont her legs moved.

‘Is she sore?’

Asmodeus tried to keep his eyes on Vivi while reaching inside the quilt and stroking Nerim’s thigh, sending his divine aura to help heal and soothe her current pain. In reality, he knew she wasn’t a demoness yet, so her body was quite delicate.

‘Maybe that’s why I was so excited.’ It was his first ti in a long, long ti dealing with a non-demon. Demons adjusted to his size and shape better. Their tunnels and insides were generally larger than a human’s, avoiding damage or injuries.

As for this little rmaid kin, she was pretty much mortal and close to a human’s level of adaptation. The amount of blood from her deflowering shocked him. Although Nerim told him this was because her tribe and sirens bled a lot during their first ti, as it was crucial to them both physically and emotionally.

‘Well, unlike a human or demon, their shape rembers their first man and will never revert or change, even if soone tried to force it.’

That’s why in the lore, Sirens were treated as an emotional and romantic race by sailors and n; anyone who gained their affection and love would never need to worry about cheating, betrayal or death at sea again.

However, the wealthy nobles from surrounding nations couldn’t accept that these ‘monsters’ would refuse or reject a new, wealthier master than the simple villagers who used to share their village border with the Sirens.

‘I should ask Nerim more about it in the future.’

“Dad, I want two gems… this big!” She clenched her fists and put them together while swinging from side to side. Today, she’d tied her silky hair into pigtails that bounced with her little movents.

Asmodeus watched her quietly with a smile. Of course, that kind of gemstone wasn’t hard to find, and he would happily give her one. Nevertheless, he found himself wanting to tease the little devil who wanted to con the Demon Emperor himself!

“Well, what if dad doesn’t care if you tell Gretel?”

“!?”

Vivi’s face looked extrely shocked!

Her mouth and eyes opened wide, and she threw her hands into the air with a dramatic sigh, before staring at him in silence.

“Dad, how could you!?”

“How could I what?” He tilted his head, a little confused at her new angle.

“How could you not care!” Vivi huffed, planting her fists on the table. The porridge bowl rattled. “Mother Gretel will be very disappointed.”

Asmodeus raised a brow. “Disappointed in who?”

“In you,” she said, nodding gravely, as if delivering a verdict. “She always says you should be responsible in the mornings.”

“Ah.” He glanced at the window, where pale light crept through the curtains. “I am responsible. I woke up.”

Vivi squinted at him, unconvinced. “You woke up late.”

“Still woke up.”

She leaned back, chair legs creaking, then folded her arms with exaggerated seriousness. “Two gems. And a ribbon.”

‘This girl is too cute!’

He realised while playing with Nyxielle and his other daughters that Asmodeus tended to enjoy the cheeky and cute side of his daughters more than his son’s blind faith and those sparkling eyes.

‘Well, my sons are aweso, hmph!’

“A ribbon?”

“For my hair,” she said, imdiately uncrossing her arms to flick one pigtail. “Red. Or blue. Red is better.”

Asmodeus sighed, the sound half-amused, half-defeated. “You’re driving a hard bargain.”

She smiled sweetly. “I learned from you.”

“When did you learn from !?” Shocked, he copied her reaction, throwing his hands in the air and looking completely stunned.

“When you trick Sister Nerim… and make her do things for you!”

‘Damn, she got …’ He shook his head, reaching toward the chest. Then, with a flick of magic, he drew a folded kimono into his hand, which he slipped on with practised ease. “Two gems and a ribbon. That’s extortion.”

“It’s negotiation,” Vivi corrected. “Extortion is when you threaten.”

“And what do you call telling Gretel?”

Vivi thought about it, tapping her chin again. “Informing.”

He snorted despite himself. “Fine. Deal.”

Her eyes lit up. She hopped off the chair and scurried over, holding out her little finger.

“Promise.”

Asmodeus hooked his finger with hers. “Promise.”

After the extortion period ended, he sat with a brush, helping to fix the ssy pigtails of Vivi’s hair. The horn growing from her forehead made it a little tricky at first, but after a month or so together, he’d learned to use his own horns as an example to practise.

Now he could do all his children’s and his many wives’ hair.

At that mont, Nerim shifted again, blinking sleepily as she surfaced from her dreams. Her gaze flicked from Asmodeus to Vivi, then back again.

“Good morning,” Nerim murmured, voice soft and hoarse.

Vivi turned, all innocence restored in an instant. “Good morning! I made breakfast.”

Asmodeus watched the transformation with silent admiration.

‘Terrifying,’ he thought. ‘Absolutely terrifying.’

Nerim humd before she rolled onto her stomach. Asmodeus watched her prominent curves push the thin quilt away. His lips curled upward when her plump butt ca into direct view; however, the next mont she let out a sharp yelp.

“Ah… it hurts.”

Asmodeus fixed Vivi’s hair and ca close to the bed, sitting on the edge, his eyes warm and filled with affection as he stroked Nerim’s still ssy hair. “Are you alright?”

“No, you hurt … I don’t want to fight anymore.” Nerim spoke through the pillow in a muffled, lovely voice. “I hate you~ carry !”

“Is it that bad?”

He watched her turn to face him with a sharp look.

“You say that like you don’t know the answer,” Nerim muttered, cheeks faintly flushed as she recalled what happened during the night. “You’re strong. Too strong.”

Asmodeus winced, holding his smirk and pride. “That was not my intention.”

She huffed, then imdiately softened when his hand brushed her hair again. “I know. I’m just… not used to this. My body feels strange, as if that huge thing is…” She shifted carefully, almost swearing, then froze upon seeing the innocent eyes of Vivi watching her as if able to pierce into her soul. “Very strange.”

“That’s my fault,” he said without teasing her this ti. His tone was calm and grounded. “I should have been more careful.”

Nerim studied his face for a mont, then sighed and turned her head back onto the pillow. Who could tell her not to love him?! He was so excellent, even in that area, so wouldn’t the won around her beat her if she complained?

It’d be more like bragging!

“Hmph, so you know!”

But she couldn’t let him win so easily; if she beca an all-you-can-eat buffet, then she wouldn’t hold on. Yet… she soon softened and looked at his face, her heart dropping as he looked sad.

‘Damn it, why are you so handso!?’ Her heart betrayed her mind!

“I-It’s my fault, I am the one who wanted it too badly!”

Asmodeus didn’t mind this back and forth; sotis his wives enjoyed pillow talk or got mad at him when he went overboard. To him, these kinds of little fights were a thing for him to take pride in. Suppose they said nothing after all his efforts.

Then he might as well be a eunuch!

His comfort and words seed to help Nerim calm down and endure the pain as she hugged his palm; her shoulders relaxed a little.

From the table, a quiet ahem cut in.

Asmodeus glanced over. Vivi stood there with her bowl in her hands, eyes narrowed in blatant suspicion. “Dad,” she asked with a lovely voice, “are you flirting?”

“Yes.”

Vivi gasped. “Mother Gretel is definitely going to want to hear about this.”

Asmodeus didn’t even look away from Nerim; he knew this evil little demon child was trying to fleece him for all his worth! “Add another ribbon to the deal.”

Vivi bead. “Blue and red?”

“…Yes.”

Satisfied, the little devil returned to her breakfast.

“What about today’s… Mmph!” As Nerim was about to bring up the auction preparations, Asmodeus shushed her and leaned down, kissing her little swollen lips.

‘Rest, my little siren.’
