From what I could rember, I ordered JP and Captain Dagan's crew to have her stay put in her room, and if these two were sharing a room with her, how could they have packed their things slip past her—and in addition, Captain Dagan's n should've reported to us if their mom tried to get out or ca after them.

Lisa answered with a faint smile, "Rember the curfews? She follows that to a dot and she's a very~ deep sleeper. For so reason, she's always tired before 6:00 PM and we'd just sneak out every ti she's out cold."

Lori added, "The only problem is the other families living with us. Their kids would almost always tell on us so we could only go through the windows or when it's this late… Or we give their parents so liquor as a uh… you know, a bribe or sothing…"

I breathed a sigh of relief, "Well, that's handled but… are you two really sure about this?"

I scratched the side of my cheek, "She's still your mom and she's probably on a few loops on her downward spiral. If she gets proper counselling, she might think… normally, again, and you two—even if full-grown adults—would still have another family mber to be with instead of just you two. Do you get what I'm saying?"

Kaley nodded, "Instead of having you two shipped sowhere else, we could have your mom co in for sessions with my mom—she's a psychiatrist, the best one—to figure out the root of the issue and hopefully resolve it instead of, you know, let her be and, for lack of a better term, stagnate."

I waited for them to speak up but I'm pretty sure they were still contemplating about what to do. However, from the list I saw before, Lori was studying to be a chanic with a focus on motorcycles while Lisa was taking BSHRM(Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Managent).

With that information, the two were doing what they were studying for in this place though Lisa's position was a little difficult since she was working closely with her mother.

In Lori's case, I could place her anywhere easily, more if she had a good work ethic, and with Lisa, the need for her studied course wasn't that essential in the apocalypse—though it'd pay more if she had more experience with other trades or that good in hospitality services.

It's just that now, my current view of them was not that good because the mont their mother acted up and embarrassed their na, the first thing they did was pack up and try to catch the next train away from here. While it was true that it was an accumulated thing on their part, I would've liked it if they tried to do sothing about it than straight-up avoid it.

So yeah, with Eden's help, they ironed out a few details of their new life but Kaley had one last suggestion for the two sisters.

"Before we take you with us, write your mom a letter."

"A letter?"

"A letter, a recording, a will—anything. It's much better than her waking up with you two gone, and have a copy of it just in case she tears it out in anger. Just leave it in Mrs. Garciano's care just to be safe.
