A vast empty void in the sky was common, places that light could never reach; however, this void was different. A human’s structure transford; the pain was insufferable, her flesh torn apart, rebuilt anew; she no longer had any eyes to see or ears to hear, no longer a human... A star destined to die.
Among all the madness and pain, Aria still held her mind together. Her domain had a countdown, five minutes at best, but nothing has ever co out of it alive.
Her light took the form of a monster with four hands and thousands of tails growing from her back.
With the speed of light she launched herself at her target; her speed grew to a point that her mind couldn’t understand her movent, and she didn’t need to do such things. A god didn’t need to pay attention to small details.
Her hands crushed the man’s existence, with her tails dancing in the air behind her.
"Magnificent!" The man’s sound ca from within her light. "Your magic evolved to a point that it can mimic nature’s greatest disaster!"
Inside of her body, the heat grew higher than the sun’s temperature by ten tis; her purple light changed form into material as it attacked her target from all sides.
Her foe dodged all of her attacks like he danced with her, while not changing his form to attack back.
Her strategy changed; a purple gas leaked from every cell that she owned. The whole area turned into a cloud of purple gas. The clouds gathered together in the form of smaller stars. The vast darkness at once was covered with millions of stars.
Unlike her usual star explosion, in her domain she could shoot all the energy into a small target. With a boom, energy beams were shot toward the man, with the heat and her tails taking physical form to attack him.
"His magic changes into ice to protect against the heat and tal against physical attacks. Let see how you do against all four!"
Her last attack ca from her hands, each one turned into a machine gun, shooting pieces of her toward the enemy.
For the first ti, he started to move; with swift movents, he dodged so strikes, while so were defended by his shield. Yet no attack was made by him, only defending himself.
"He is waiting for my magic to run out..." Aria’s attack increased as she summoned more and more tails to attack, with thousands of stars to explode. Her frustration grew; dodging that amount of attacks couldn’t be possible.
Her magic drained faster as her attacks beca more fierce; only three minutes, and she was already near her limit; the humiliation could stay with her forever.
"Disappointing, such a gift is a waste in your hands..."
With a scream inside of her mind, her tails swung all the ti, yet this ti they constantly changed form from physical form to light in hope to open a hole in his defense.
Her mind slowly faded away; her attacks lost their edge one by one, but with no other choice, Aria pulled out more magic from within her soul. For a normal human, running out of magic had no consequences, but immortal lives were tied with their system and magic; running out had the chance of dying.
Her tails disappeared one by one, followed by the number of shooting stars; her domain opposed her; she knew if she didn’t end it, backlash would be imnse.
Cracks broke the void, with sunlight finding its way inside of the domain. Aria’s light form broke apart as she returned to her original body in a devastated state; not able to maintain herself in the sky, she fell down to the ground.
The pain took over all other senses; however, she still didn’t have her voice back. With her domain completely gone, the backlash got fierce as her flesh had lted in her hands and shoulders.
Her understanding of reality had changed, this usually happened after her domain, now with no magic left in het body, a new feeling rised in her body, the illusion and the reality of her forms collided, giving her a sense of satisfaction.
The sound of heavy footsteps broke her illusions; her eyes could only see a pair of feet with golden armor coming toward her. As she raised her head, blood filled her mouth; the taste of blood seed so strange and tasty. Blood flooded from her mouth to her jaw, and her grin grew wider as she stared at the golden eyes that were after her.
The harsh reality finally hit her; she had failed both her mission and her life. After five thousand years, her life had turned into a search for more and more power, but no matter what, she couldn’t pass her limits no matter how much she leveled up. "Fereya... Save ..."
The thought of death was a foreign idea; her mind refused to believe she could die after so long by the hands of soone that no one knew who he was.
"No one trained you for a real battle; a true fight is not decided by magic or power level. The only thing that matters is your mind." The man towered over her; with both of his hands locked in one another, he raised them into the sky. "Not entertaining."
Her hands rushed down; nothing could have remained out of her head if he hit her, but suddenly a shadow passed him, taking the immortal with him.
"Blood angel!" He clenched his fists.
Ray put her on the ground as he turned out to face him; their height difference was about one ter. Ray raised his head, "You already lost the reward; before you can touch her, I will kill myself." A devilish smile was on his face. "Your fight was rather boring; let show you a real entertaining fight."
The parasite answered with a grin, "Entertain human!"
