Chapter 141: Chilling in the Oasis
The team that had four mbers and weren’t Kaiden’s nor Vaelira’s were told to give a mber to Dorothy’s team as they had only two mbers remaining, balancing them out by having three people each.
After that, the hunt resud. Knowing there were only a few minutes left until their turn ca to guard the camp, Kaiden and co didn’t leave.
“Don’t you dare touch our stuff…” Vaelira hissed at the group as she stood, ready to depart. As Jack walked by, he bumped his broad shoulder into Kaiden’s with enough force to make him take a half-step back. The impact was solid, and his heavy armor added extra weight to the motion. It wasn’t an outright hostile attack, but a deliberate move, one of dominance and a silent challenge.
Kaiden didn’t react besides eting Jack’s eyes and reaching for his axe’s handle. Jack had a smug grin as he continued forward without a word.
“What a lovely bunch…” Nyx said sarcastically before plopping her sensual behind on the table and reaching for a can of Coke.
“Khm!” Aria coughed into her palm while observing the item in the pink-haired beauty’s hands with squinted eyes.
“I sweated out like 50,000 calories in the past six hours, I need to replenish them! This scorching desert sun, combined with my dium armor, is going to be the end of !” The Space Valkyrie wasn’t ready to heed her personal trainer’s words, not one bit.
“You don’t have to worry; your enormous fat reserves will keep you alive for months. You’re basically a cal,” Luna chid in, receiving a “bleergh!” from Nyx as she pushed her tongue out in response.
Aria ignored the two kittens’ newest jabs. “You’ll just pee those unhealthy sodas out. You need real food, sothing with protein and carbs to actually restore your energy, not just provide a sugar rush.”
Nyx wasn’t receptive to her words of wisdom. “Let’s make a new rule, Princess… I’m truly grateful for your guidance, but so long as we’re inside a dungeon, you cease being my personal trainer. Deal?”
“Sa,” Luna said while seating herself as far away from Nyx at the table as possible after grabbing a jar of N*tella and a spoon from the box of supplies.
“Haaah…” Aria sighed, but when Kaiden gave her plump butt a playful slap, she smiled happily and decided to go along with the girls’ wishes. She reasoned they had to have a way to deal with the stress of their situation.
She got a box of fruits for herself and Kaiden, which she began feeding her man after seating herself right in his lap.
“Will you join us?” Kaiden asked Elara after grabbing onto Aria’s sensual belly, finding his way expertly under her mage robes to her womb tattoo.
“I can?”
The girl’s dumbfounded expression told them all they needed to know about the customs regarding dungeon aides and relaxation ti. She was expected to serve as their waitress while they rested. Not needing such services, especially not from this young girl, they quickly gestured for her to join them.
Elara nodded after a few seconds, with a minute upturn of her lips. “Thank you.”
She sat next to Nyx and began devouring a plate of chicken and rice.
The stream was already back in action, and Luna, who was sitting in front of Kaiden, started her own so the ladies could watch him eat… They had about 2000 viewers combined, while Vaelira’s numbers had climbed up to 40,000. Now that she was going to be fighting for the next six hours, her parents ran another bout of ads, and her social dia managers made new posts promoting the stream.
– Feet Sniffer: Well, dungeon streams are not my cup of tea, but this one was not bad at all. Furthermore, damn you, Kaiden. My jealousy knows no limits.
– Failed Writer: I know the feel, dude… Big bro is feasting on a mango slice peeled and fed to him by his gorgeous gf, who seems to be attached to him at the hip…

– Lady Leia: Okay, that was all I needed. Damn, I erupted like a broken faucet.
“We’re eating!” Luna grunted with evident distaste after nearly choking on a spoonful of N*tella.
– Lady Leia: Sorry, ma’am, but your husband is just too hot. A hopeless bitch in heat like had no hopes of containing herself. It was a natural bodily reaction.
“…”
“Your viewers are interesting…” Elara muttered with pink cheeks. Seeing that her bosses were chatting with their viewers, she decided to tune into the stream to know what the topic was. Her mind wasn’t prepared.
Their dungeon streams were supposed to be family friendly, anyone could access it. The awakened platform didn’t allow them to set age limits despite the morbidity of these streams. The only age limit was for adult (sexual) content, for which it was automatically set as 18 .
– Princeless Princess: You’re ruining the innocence of this sweet cutipie. I’ll mute you if you keep it up.
– Lady Leia: I sincerely apologize for my animalistic tendencies. I’ll do better from here on out.

Kaiden and the girls laughed heartily at this eccentric woman’s antics, their hearts needed this lighthearted atmosphere to get over the horrors from before. They continued interacting with their viewers throughout their two hours of guard duty, after which it was ti to farm XP for their second six-hour shift.
By the end of it, Kaiden reached level 12, and his status window looked as such. He gained 12 stat points per level-up on average, making him extrely happy with his gains.

He distributed his 60 stat points evenly between the four physical attributes, giving 15 to each. By now, Kaiden was well above the previous peak of humanity that existed before the ergence of the mana apocalypse.
The greatest athletes had less than 20 points in their main attribute they’ve trained their entire career, marking him as a person who was a superhuman by all ans of the word.
Sadly, his three system statistics didn’t increase much, as only adult content counted. What they achieved in this dungeon didn’t add to them, but it had a trickling effect. It allowed them to reach a new audience base that would hopefully watch Valhalla’s Sinners’ other types of content once the stream concluded.
After farming, it was ti to rest for the night. They couldn’t leave the camp now, as they were over the level limit permitted to enter by the pesky dungeon gate. If they were to leave now, they wouldn’t be able to re-enter.
As soon as early morning ca, they packed their bags and got ready to make the push through the desert toward the pyramid visible in the far distance. The four dungeon aides had it the toughest.
As the presence of fresh water and als were all but guaranteed further in, they had to carry enough supplies that would last for days when twenty extrely hungry and thirsty people had to be kept fed. Tents and other camp supplies were included as well, though this ti, these were much more utilitarian than the large, comfortable ones erected at the entrance.
The desert stretched endlessly before them, it was an ocean of golden dunes that constantly shifted under the eyes of the scorching sun. Above the horizon, the aforentioned pyramid lood. It was but a dark, hazy silhouette that never seed to get any closer, not even after an hour of constant walking in its direction. It started to feel like so cruel illusion that remained a distant mirage no matter their efforts.
