Fali couldn’t believe it.
“How did you get it?”
“I put the wine in your mother’s supermarket, priced at 100 million dollars. I’d just planned on using it as a promotional gimmick, but someone actually bought it.”
“Someone bought 100-million-dollar wine?” Fali was stunned.
“I find it weird too. Who would buy it?”
Just then, Chen Zhao’s phone rang.
“Hello, Rasfa?”
“Chen, Steven borrowed money from me today.”
“He borrowed money from you?” Chen Zhao was shocked. “How much?”
“Forty million dollars.”
“For what?”
“He wanted to buy wine. Some 100-million-dollar bottle.”
“F*ck, that’s my bottle?” Chen Zhao was furious. “Is he crazy?”
“I think he’s kind of obsessed these days.”
“Why did he borrow from you? He can’t afford 100 million?”
“No sh*t. There can’t be more than 100 people in the world who can pay 100 million at once. And these 100 people don’t include Steven. His assets are valued around 500 million, but he doesn’t have 100 million in cash.”
“Wait.” Chen Zhao hung up and called Winnip immediately. “Winnip, you didn’t sell the wine, right?”
“No, we’re still municating.”

Chen Zhao hung up. He’d never been so close to being a billionaire, but he still cut off this chance personally.

Then Steven’s call came.
“Chen, why did you reject my purchase request? Do you think I don’t qualify to drink your wine?”
“If you want to drink, you can e to my house. Don’t go crazy, spending 100 million dollars.”
“I have money.”
“F*ck, if you have money, why did you go borrow from Rasfa? Is your head filled with sh*t?”
“After the movie screens, my pany’s stock will crash. It’s better to give it to Rasfa at a low price now.”
“Get the f*ck over here. Right now.”
“No time.”
“You don’t have time to e here, but you have time to bring a 100-million-dollar check to buy wine.” Chen Zhao didn’t know what Steven was thinking. “If you want to drink it, I have it. Won’t cost you a cent.”
“No time.”

Steven’s alcoholic side showed. Actually, he was just in the heat of the moment.

“Okay, I’ll e over.” Steven finally gave in.
An hour later, he was here.
Chen Zhao waved the bottle. “e. Let’s go sit in the backyard.”
The two sat down under a tree. The moment that Chen Zhao opened the bottle, an almost-tangible fragrance poured out.
Merely the fragrance was alluring enough.
“Is this the 100-million-dollar wine?”
“It’s only the fragrance. You should know that I’m good at health, right?” Chen Zhao poured a cup for Steven. “Did you drink the wine from before? How’s the effect?”
“Is this even better than before?”
“Yes, much better.”
“Now, I feel like 100 million is worth it.”
“Don’t finish it all at once, or else you’ll get drunk immediately.”
Steven sipped. Only his lips touched the wine, but he felt this indescribable richness.
“This wine makes me feel like the world is so beautiful.”
This was how Daydream was like. Even the most depressed person would think that the world was beautiful.
“Steven, how about we make a bet?”
“Bet? Bet what?”
“Bet your box office.”
“What’s there to bet for that? It’ll definitely be a loss.”
Actually, the filming for the movie couldn’t be more than 30 million dollars. Adding promotional costs, it would only be around 60 million.
Even if Steven had to pay for it out of his pocket, he could still afford it.
What he really couldn’t get over was that his reputation would take a hit if the movie was released.
“How much do you think your box office would be?”
“It definitely won’t be more than 50 million in North America.”

“Are you sure?”
“Yeah, I’m sure.” Chen Zhao nodded.
“Then, what if you lose?” Steven asked.
“You can drink my wine whenever you want,” Chen Zhao said. “But what if you lose?”
“Haha… If I lose, I’ll be happy. You can choose the male and female leads in my next movie. Even if you choose Fali and yourself, I’ll help you film it.”
“Don’t even think about that.” Chen Zhao rolled his eyes. Then he took out a lucky coin and stuffed it into Steven’s hand.
“What’s this? Is this coin valuable?”
“Yes, in a certain way. If you need good luck, put a drop of blood onto it.”
“Haha… You’re getting more and more superstitious.”
The two drank until late. Perhaps due to Daydream, Steven’s gray mood dispersed.
His laughter rang out from the backyard every now and then. This time, Chen Zhao got drunk with Steven.

“Remember our bet?”
“Of course. I’m not stupid.” Steven took the lunch and started gobbling it up. “Everything about your place is so perfect. So sad that you don’t live here alone. Otherwise, I would stay here forever.”
Steven had a high EQ. He loved Chen Zhao’s mansion and the environment, but he wasn’t shameless enough to e to bother Chen Zhao every other day.
“Okay, I’m leaving.”
“Need me to drive you?”
