Thinking about the man who had taken his Alrinir made Linfeng’s blood boil. It was only made worse by the fact that he could only agree to the fact that Anoteros was, in fact, way stronger than him at the mont. He was the perfect representation of a scion of a great clan.
He was almost inhuman in how tall and muscular he seed, like he had the blood of an orc or sothing similar coursing through his veins. He had beaten Linfeng down with ease despite all the progress he had made with his two techniques granted by his system.
Linfeng had foolishly believed that he had beco nigh unstoppable with the combination of those two techniques... That his strength would keep on soaring far above that of his peers, and that even the nobles would co to be taken aback by his incredible power… This foolishness was directly to bla for what had happened. He now understood very well that the only reason Anoteros had even learned of the existence of the lesser clan was because of the comnt Linfeng had made toward the future lord of Oie.
Jania Oie was one of Edrick’s many wives, as Linfeng had co to find out. The scion of the Elt clan was a harem-builder, and one without the slightest bit of sha at that… Which only made Fingmi’s potential fate more likely to be horrifying…
The worst part about Linfeng’s unfortunate comnt was that, due to his foolish mindset, he probably still would have made it even if he had been aware that Jania Oie was married to soone of such high status. He had simply been far too confident in himself to consider possible repercussions.
Things weren’t the sa now, however. He would keep in mind things such as status from now on. He couldn’t allow himself to ss up again… Or at least, he couldn’t ss up for anyone other than himself. The worst part wasn’t the consequences brought upon him specifically, but the slaughter of everyone else within the lesser clan and Fingmi’s capture. He was fine with dealing with the blowback of his own actions, but to have it extend to other people was simply unacceptable.
The young man’s system did not say anything, but it found the change in mindset most pleasing. If anything, perhaps he should thank Anoteros for making Linfeng actually responsible and thoughtful of his actions.
Alas, he still rembered clearly how the noble had been carrying a system himself. This made things dangerous, as it was highly likely that if his system was one who could express themselves like he could, that the noble was also aware that Linfeng had a system.

Linfeng stared at himself after he undressed, preparing to step into a humorously small bath. He had changed quite a bit due to the progress of his two techniques. Training them in unison truly brought about massive changes, not just in strength, but in his physique as well.
Linfeng used to be a scrawny, short wretch… Now, he was a one ter and eighty-two centiters tall, muscular man. If not for his youthful face, he would struggle to recognise himself at this point.
His musculature wasn’t exactly typical, however. His muscles were very compact, with his chest and abdon being lean, but unusually similar in overall shape and size, making it look extra compact–Which was exactly what this was. His muscles weren’t expanding in size. They remained as they were and instead grew denser and denser as he trained, giving a rather unusual appearance.
His abs were also sowhat forward, as though his belly was rounded. This made him appear as if he were in possession of a barrel-shaped stomach area.
It was an unusual musculature, but nonetheless one that would greatly please the eyes of the ladies… Though there was sothing else that–As a man–Linfeng couldn’t help but notice…
