“Alright, I’ll prepare everything by noon then.” Lin Yin replied with a smile.
“Hmm, have you eaten yet?”
After chatting with her mom for a while, she hung up. Gu Qingxin looked at her phone, she hadn’t been ho much recently and she felt like she owed her mother a lot.
She decided she would give her mother a present on her own birthday.
Having decided that, Gu Qingxin rose from her seat and went back to the restaurant.
“Your mom’s call?” Beiming Han placed so food on her plate.

“What did she want?” Beiming Han was still on alert concerning Lin Yin. Although the hypnosis was working, Bai Jingqing had said that it wouldn’t last.
“It’s nothing, just that she wants to co ho for lunch on Saturday. I agreed.” Gu Qingxin replied vaguely.
Beiming Han nodded but didn’t say anything more. Gu Qingxin kept stealing glances at him. Could it be that he really didn’t rember her birthday? Suddenly, she felt a pang of disappointnt.
She lowered her head, almost burying her face in the plate.
“Are you comparing your face to the size of the plate?”

Saturday ca in the blink of an eye. Gu Qingxin’s shoulder injury had mostly healed. What was troubling her now was her slightly protruding belly. The weather was getting hot and she couldn’t wear too many layers. In the end, she decided to try on a loose-fitting tracksuit.
It worked; the bulge wasn’t obvious.
Beiming Han, fresh out of the shower, walked over and wrapped his arms around her, “Going ho today?”
“Yes. Co with .” Gu Qingxin turned and replied.
“I… I don’t have ti this morning or at noon.”

So, he really doesn’t know it’s her birthday.
The disappointnt in Gu Qingxin’s heart continued to grow.
She forced a smile onto her face and said, “You go ahead and attend to your affairs.”
“You’re upset.” Beiming Han turned her around, his brows slightly furrowed.
“Not at all, work is important.”
“I haven’t worked for you for quite so ti now. Today, I thought it would be my turn.” Saying this, Beiming Han lifted her in his arms and out of the cloakroom.
“Didn’t we do it just yesterday?” Gu Qingxin looked baffled.
“Yesterday was you serving , today I’ll serve you, my queen!” Beiming Han’s lips curled into a smirk, gently laying her onto the bed.
After all, she was pregnant. He didn’t dare to be rough with her, lest he hurt her.
Beiming Han’s lips trailed lightly from her forehead down, showering her with little kisses.
When Gu Qingxin was soon undressed, Beiming Han’s gaze fell on her slightly bulging belly. The protrusion disrupted the elegance of her body shape.
He forced himself to look away, pulled off his own bath towel, and made slow, tender love to her.
Gu Qingxin had never underestimated Beiming Han’s prowess. By the ti they finished, the wall clock pointed to ten. Beiming Han left first. Gu Qingxin got dressed alone, her disappointnt in her heart continuing to grow.
Gu Qingxin started to regret. Should she have told Beiming Han about her birthday?

Only her mom knew she was going to study abroad.
