"An Xiaonuan! Co back here!" Huangfu Ye, disregarding the pain in his leg, limped after her.
An Xiaonuan ignored him; maybe it was because of the dicine she took, but running too fast made her lightheaded, and everything beca a blur.
"An Xiaonuan!" Huangfu Ye watched as she stumbled forward, his heart nearly stopping, and he quickly lunged to catch her, and they both tumbled down the stairs.
Huangfu Ye carefully shielded the woman in his arms, ensuring she wasn’t hurt. When they reached the bottom, he quickly pushed her away and anxiously asked, "Are you okay?"
An Xiaonuan shook her head vigorously. She tried to get up to leave, but her dizziness made her fall back into his embrace. Feeling how weak she was, Huangfu Ye imdiately picked her up and rushed toward a guest room.
The birthday party went on, but the birthday star had vanished, and everyone was looking for Huangfu Ye. Even after searching the restrooms, he was nowhere to be found.

The doctor and staff in the room quietly lowered their heads.
"What treatnt is needed?" Huangfu Ye glared at her but questioned the doctor beside him.
"Just prescribe so dicine. Most importantly, she needs proper rest. This young lady’s body is overly exhausted..."
"Where do you see that I’m exhausted? I’m perfectly fine!" An Xiaonuan retorted.
"Shut up! Prescribe the dicine and leave!" Huangfu Ye really wanted to knock her out.

The doctor organized the dication, handed it to Huangfu Ye, explained the instructions and dosage, then left.
