She didn’t have ti to mourn her broken phone. She quickly dialed Xiao Zirui’s number to inform him about her and Ming Shang being stuck in the elevator.
Xiao Zirui told them not to panic, he would quickly send help their way.
After a few minutes of rest, Ming Shang had recovered quite a bit. He leaned back further, glancing at the water bottle in Gu Qingxin’s hand and frowned, asking, “Did you drink from this?”
“Yeah, I took a couple sips on the way.” Gu Qingxin also sat down, using her hand to wipe the sweat from her forehead.
“You… I have a germ phobia!” Ming Shang gritted his teeth, wasn’t this the sa as him indirectly sharing her saliva!

“Oh, so it’s a big deal to have germ phobia, huh? I just gave you mouth-to-mouth resuscitation! Without it, who knows if you would still be breathing!” Gu Qingxin glared at him.
“Have you no sha!” Ming Shang stared at her nonchalant deanor and abruptly sat up.
His sudden movent frightened Gu Qingxin, making her instinctively recoil.
“Are you sick in the head! You need to prioritize! I couldn’t just stand by and let you die!” Gu Qingxin thought this man must have lost his mind.
In the future, she would keep her distance from him, even if they happen to et in an elevator, she would let him go first before getting in!

Ming Shang, annoyed, leaned back again and crossed his arms over his chest, not saying another word.
Gu Qingxin, upon hearing his words, simply tossed the water bottle aside. She couldn’t drink it now, and she certainly didn’t want to co into contact with his saliva!
The elevator door was suddenly knocked, and Xiao Zirui’s voice ca through, “Qingxin, Ming Shang, are you guys in there?”
“Yes!” Gu Qingxin imdiately responded.
“Are you two okay? Is there anything wrong?” Xiao Zirui asked worriedly.
“I…”
“We’re fine!” Ming Shang responded indifferently.
Gu Qingxin looked at him, and Ming Shang, with his hand pushing against the floor getting up, walked over to give her a warning, “Don’t go leaking today’s incident!”
Gu Qingxin, “…”
“Did you hear ?”
“I got it! Stop pestering!” Gu Qingxin replied impatiently.
“You…”
Gu Qingxin stuck her tongue out at him!
Ming Shang was so frustrated that he felt chest pain.
The elevator door hadn’t been open yet, when it suddenly jolted. Gu Qingxin, startled by the sudden movent, scread. Ming Shang quickly grabbed her just as they both collided against the wall of the elevator.
“It’s fine, don’t be scared. The elevator has already stopped, it won’t fall anymore.” Xiao Zirui’s voice rang out.
Ming Shang glanced at the girl next to him, who had tightly shut her eyes and covered her ears, and said in a displeased tone, “You better hurry up.”
After a couple of minutes, the elevator door was forced open, but the elevator was stuck between two floors.
“We’ll pull you up!” Xiao Zirui and a worker extended their hands.
“You go first.” Ming Shang bent down and picked up Gu Qingxin. With two people pulling her up from above and Ming Shang lifting her from below, Gu Qingxin was rescued.
Ming Shang didn’t need any assistance and jumped out seamlessly.
Xiao Zirui kept apologizing to them, while Ming Shang didn’t utter a single word. He simply turned around and briskly left the premises.
