Chapter 631: Chapter 605: Improved Performance by 4

Ming Shang walked briskly over and embraced her tightly!

Gu Qingxin, “…”

Ming Shang’s strength was quite strong, causing her so pain.

“Ming Shang, let go, it hurts.” Gu Qingxin raised her hand to push him away.

Upon seeing her standing safe and unhard before him, Ming Shang finally heaved a sigh of relief. He quickly released her, taking a nervous examination of her up and down.

Ye Qi watched as Ming Shang looked at Gu Qingxin anxiously, his gaze darkening slightly…

Everyone who liked her could express their love and concern for her, except him…

Suddenly, he felt sowhat resentful towards his own identity, but such a thought was instantly suppressed…

“Sir, you can’t be on this floor. This floor is not open to the public.” A security guard followed him over, attempting to usher Ming Shang away.

“My friend is staying here, why can’t I co up!” Ming Shang responded angrily, glaring at the guard.

Seeing the situation inside the room, the security guard seed troubled. Gu Qingxin quickly interjected, “He is my friend, he ca to visit .”

“But… the dean has ordered that nobody unrelated can co up to this floor.”

“Who are you calling unrelated?” Ming Shang objected. Previously, he had co to this hospital and they told him that there was no one nad Gu Qingxin.

He had truly been deceived. Later, seeing Beiming Han constantly going in and out of this hospital, he confird that Gu Qingxin was indeed staying here!

“If Doctor Bai asks, I can take responsibility.” Gu Qingxin assured.

The security guard finally, reluctantly, left.

“You aren’t hurt, are you? I thought you were swept out to sea by the typhoon and was preparing to look for you there!” Ming Shang nervously examined her from head to toe. Having confird she was all right, he finally breathed a sigh of relief.

But, if she was fine, why was she in the hospital?

“I’m really fine, I just cut my foot on a piece of glass.”

“As long as you’re fine. You really gave quite a scare.” Ming Shang gazed at her face. He had truly been driven to the edge these last two days.

He had never been this worried about a woman before. That suffocating feeling, that panic, made him unable to eat or sleep. He could only think about her.

Actually, when he claid he was pursuing her that day, he was only trying to provoke Beiming Han, he wasn’t serious…

But now…

Ming Shang found that his feelings for this girl truly were different…

“Have you had breakfast yet? We were just having breakfast, you should join us.” Gu Qingxin, feeling slightly uncomfortable under his gaze, quickly changed the subject.

“Perfect, I’m hungry too.” Ming Shang indifferently sat down to eat, his eyes remaining fixed on Gu Qingxin’s face without any hint of avoidance. His gaze was that of a man looking at a woman, making Gu Qingxin feel extrely uncomfortable.

Ye Qi also sat down. Ming Shang glanced at Ye Qi, asking, “Since when can bodyguards dine with their masters? Has the Beiming Family changed their rules?”

Gu Qingxin glanced at Ye Qi, then glared at Ming Shang, saying, “I invited him to join, and besides, I’m not part of the Beiming Family. I’ve always considered Ye Qi a friend! He’s also the one who saved my life! What’s wrong with us dining together?”

“Alright, you’re right, as long as you’re happy.” Ming Shang reached out and touched her head.

Gu Qingxin quickly avoided him, “Just eat, don’t touch .”

Ye Qi silently ate his al. Gu Qingxin asked Ming Shang about the condition of the other cast mbers. Ming Shang responded that it seed a number of people sustained minor injuries, but he didn’t care because he was only concerned about her.
