Gu Qingxin was pulled into the dance floor by Ming Shang. With a firm grasp, he pulled her towards him, his large hand gently resting on her waist.
“Ming Shang, what exactly are you trying to do? We only fild an advertisent together, I didn’t agree to you pursuing .” Gu Qingxin glared at him frustratedly. Now it was just the two of them and she could finally speak her mind.
“Yes, we fild an ad, we kissed, and I even saw you wet…” Ming Shang said as he held her and danced back and forth.
“You! That wasn’t a kiss, that was mouth-to-mouth resuscitation!” Gu Qingxin was exasperated. Sotis, Ming Shang really could act like a child who refused to listen to reason.
“Isn’t mouth-to-mouth resuscitation done with your mouth? What’s the difference?”
“…”
“You really are shaless.” Gu Qingxin worriedly scanned around for Beiming Han.
“I’ve found out.” Ming Shang suddenly said.
“Found out what?” Gu Qingxin couldn’t find Beiming Han and turned back to look at him.
“The real reason why you’re with Beiming Han. It doesn’t matter, I’ve said it before, however much you owe him, I will pay it back for you. I’m serious.”
“I don’t need, I’m serious too.”
“…”
“I’m the one in charge of my matters. I insist on pursuing you, and I’m even more serious!”

Gu Qingxin, done with him, continued dancing in silence, praying for the music to end soon.
As luck would have it, a high-pitched note signaled the end of the music, and the people on the dance floor dispersed.
Gu Qingxin let go of Ming Shang’s hand and turned to leave.
Ming Shang continued to follow her.
From the second floor, Rong Qianchen watched Ming Shang’s relentless pursuit and fell into deep thought. Sotis, he quite envied Ming Shang’s straightforward nature, unabashedly expressing his affection without caring about other people’s views or opinions.
Watching that appealing figure, a hint of desolation flashed in his eyes.
Gu Qingxin took Bai Qianqian’s hand and headed towards the second floor.
“We’re going to the washroom now, are you still going to follow us?” Gu Qingxin turned to glare at Ming Shang.
Ming Shang, “…”
Bai Qianqian enthusiastically waved at him, “You were really cool just now!”
“Right? I thought so too.” Ming Shang winked at her.
Gu Qingxin, “…”
Bai Qianqian turned back, laughed awkwardly twice, and followed Gu Qingxin upstairs.
Once they reached the washroom, Gu Qingxin washed her hands and tried to remove the ring with so soap, but to no avail. Even though the ring didn’t feel overly tight, it wouldn’t budge as if it had beco a part of her finger.
“Can you help try to take it off? What’s going on?” Gu Qingxin was beginning to get anxious. Was she really dood to never be able to take this ring off?
Bai Qianqian, curiously, tried to help her remove the ring, but it didn’t move an inch.
“Is it tight?” Bai Qianqian asked.
“No, that’s what’s so strange.” Gu Qingxin replied.
“Could this ring have so magic?”
“Where would you even get magic from!” Gu Qingxin glared at her. Can’t she take this seriously? She had already had enough emotional shocks for a day.
“Maybe it’s a special material. You know, this is the ring the King had given the Queen. The design is nothing special, maybe it’s the material that’s unique.” Bai Qianqian reasoned. There was no other explanation.
Gu Qingxin thought that this explanation might be plausible. If not, she had no other way of explaining. The ring wasn’t tight on her finger, why couldn’t she remove it?
