At this mont, all the puppet weapons surrounded from all directions, numbering in the hundreds.
As for Angelo’s brothers, one by one they fell, leaving only a dozen forced back to the center.
"Bastard!"
Angelo and the others stood back to back, looking at the encroaching puppet weapons and unmanned Night Guards, then at the corpses of their fallen comrades on the ground. Their hearts burned with fury, with no outlet to unleash it.
"Angelo, we’re losing! We’ll cover you, you must escape!"
Lei Yi trembled as he spoke.
"How could I survive alone? I’ll fight them!"
Angelo was like a volcano erupting, rushing directly forward, ready to perish with the approaching enemies.
Just then, several beam cannons and ten Blast Bear missiles ca firing over.
Boom~
A line of puppet guards fell down.
Out of the side channel, five manned Night Guard chas suddenly charged in.
Leading them was Su Mo, maneuvering the Night Guard cha swiftly, slicing through a puppet Night Guard cha’s power hub with precise strike of his super alloy blade.
Ka!
The puppet Night Guard cha imdiately went limp, losing all power.
Tilo and others displayed combat skills that were astoundingly strong.
Like tigers descending from the mountains, they charged straight in, sweeping through the chanical guards.
"Reinforcents? They’re this strong?"
Angelo was montarily baffled; at this point, there were still teams available to spare, and their combat skills were formidable?
Though puzzled, Angelo quickly rallied his subordinates to counterattack.
Soon, through everyone’s collaborative efforts, they cleared this wave of enemies.
One of the chas turned and shouted to Angelo, "Angelo! We’re here to help you!"
"Su Mo, good brother, I knew you’d be reliable at crucial tis. Who are these comrades?"
Hearing Su Mo’s voice, Angelo was extrely excited.
During the chaos before, he couldn’t focus on Su Mo, and when he caught his breath, Su Mo was nowhere to be found.
He had been worried whether Su Mo had t mishap.
Su Mo maneuvered the cha beside Angelo and replied, "Tilo, Yan Gang, Long Ke, Kendi—you should know them."
"Damn, prisoners."
Angelo’s face darkened, instinctively going on guard.
"Angelo, it doesn’t matter if we’re prisoners. We’re here to help you," Tilo calmly responded.
"Sorry, just instinctive response."
Angelo realized now wasn’t the ti to dwell on matters of prisoners.
"What’s the situation now?"
Su Mo simply inquired.
"Terrible, too many of our brothers have been ambushed. We’re seriously short on manpower. If we keep delaying, once the artificial intelligence Prisoner repairs the severed power lines, we’re done for. And that AI Prisoner is a nightmare—it’s commanding the chanical troops here while battling the Prison Director in outer space. We’re being overrun." Angelo spoke with a headache.
"I might have a way to turn the tide; if only you dare." Su Mo’s eyes glead.
"At this point, what would I not dare to do? Speak, no need for secrets." Angelo was prepared to risk it all.
"Is there a way to make a general broadcast?"
"Yes!"
"Then try to make a full broadcast. I want you to order the prisoners, tell them the location of the weapon storage, and allow them to redeem themselves by helping suppress the chanical guards. Anyone who contributes gets sentence reduction, preferential treatnt, or even acquittal." Su Mo spoke to Angelo.
"Angelo, you can’t! And we don’t have the authority, only the City Lord and Judicial Departnt officials have such qualifications and rights." Before Angelo could speak, a nearby prison soldier objected vehently.
"Don’t worry, I know your concerns. You’re afraid they might rebel afterward? Just ensure they don’t get advanced weapons or ships, and when threatened, they’ll have to surrender obediently." Angelo wasn’t foolish; he knew the consequences, but facing imminent ruin, he spoke decisively, "At this point, what more to care about? I’ll take responsibility for this!"
"That’s bold! No ti to waste, let’s act imdiately." Su Mo praised Angelo with a thumbs up.
"Follow !"
Fueled by grit, Angelo commanded, guiding the Slaughterer towards another side tunnel.
-------------
In the starry sky, a stream of light shot straight towards Endless Deep Space Prison, striking harshly against the fortress’s thick armor.
Boom!
The thick armor dented extensively.
The entire prison fortress shook violently.
Inside the cockpit of the V-type Biological cha - Prison Suppressing Apostle, Fezack spewed a mouthful of blood.
Struggling, he attempted to get up.
The AI Prisoner, piloting the V-type Biological cha - Prison Master, suddenly appeared before Fezack, its black Dragon Claw reached out, grabbing the Apostle’s head and slamd it against the fortress armor.
Bang~
The entire prison fortress continued to quake.
"Ha, is this the extent of your skill, thinking you can kill !"
In a sense, the AI Prisoner had achieved victory; it had every opportunity to kill Fezack.
Yet, it chose not to, instead tornting Fezack like a pest.
Fezack wasn’t the only one discontent with the AI Prisoner; the AI harbored its own grievances against Fezack.
Inside the prison, Su Mo and the others were rushing towards the broadcast room.
Suddenly, the entire prison shook constantly.
"What’s happening?"
Long Ke asked, bewildered.
"Let ask, what’s going on? Feels like the fortress is about to explode." Angelo’s heart grew increasingly unsettled, he inquired through the independent area comms channel.
"Angelo, things are bad. Prison Director Fezack is about to be killed!"
In the comms, a prison soldier shouted in terror.
"You’re spouting nonsense—how could the Prison Director be near death?"
Angelo couldn’t believe it.
"I’m not lying; I’m watching from the observation deck. If you don’t believe , I’ll share the footage with you all!"
The prison soldier imdiately took action.
Soon, everyone received the footage, showing Fezack in the starry sky, being toyed with like a puppet by the AI Prisoner, the Apostle’s head repeatedly slamd against the fortress.
The sight shocked viewers.
Cracks spread across the Apostle’s head; fortunately, the materials were robust enough.
Any lesser cha would have long been wrecked.
Instantaneously, angry and despairing outcries echoed through the comms channel.
"Prison Director!"
Su Mo slapped his face; damn!
This prison officer sharing the footage lacked sense. How could such a video be publicized?
It’s a wonder morale wasn’t utterly shattered.
But now it was too late; the footage was already shared.
