54: Chapter 54: Risk 54: Chapter 54: Risk Zi Qing handed Su Mo a uniform consisting of a white shirt and black pants.

“This is the standard uniform of the group.

The company requires that you wear this during work hours.

Change into it, and I’ll wait for you in the living room outside,” she said.

“Okay.”

Su Mo took it and replied, sowhat wearily.

A mont later, after freshening up, Su Mo changed his clothes and ca out.

There’s a saying that clothes make the man.

Shedding his rustic attire, Su Mo now looked quite handso, at least eting the minimum standards of a kept man.

The only downside was that his spirit was sowhat flagging; his head was still dizzy.

She spoke to the listless Su Mo, “There’s plain porridge this morning.

Co have so.

We need to leave soon.

Before that, I have sothing to tell you.”

“Thank you.”

After politely thanking her, Su Mo walked over and sat down at the dining table.

There was a bowl of steaming porridge on the table, along with so at soup and a little pickled vegetable.

Su Mo ate a bit of the porridge and imdiately felt much better in his stomach, and his mind also beca much clearer.

Zi Qing sat across from Su Mo, tapping her fingers on the table, and said seriously and earnestly, “Don’t be so naive in the future.

If Han Na offers you a drink, just drink.

She’s basically a tank, and hardly anyone can outdrink her.

But your capacity is good; you almost managed to drink her under the table.”

To be honest, Zi Qing was also surprised; it was Su Mo’s first ti drinking, and he had almost defeated Han Na.

“Okay, I understand,” Su Mo nodded and replied.

Zi Qing continued, “If you need any daily necessities, there’s a big supermarket at the entrance of the community.

You can buy them there.”

“Thank you,” Su Mo replied gratefully.

“Don’t thank just yet; I still have things to discuss with you.”

“Go ahead.”

“You’ve seen that all four of us are girls.

Even though those three are a bit offbeat, they are still girls.

It’s sowhat inconvenient having a man moving in all of a sudden.

So, there are so things we should agree on upfront: principally, you are not allowed to enter our bedrooms.

If you need anything, we can talk in the living room,” Zi Qing told Su Mo seriously.

“Okay,” Su Mo replied.

He didn’t mind, as the bedroom was a personal space.

He was introverted and didn’t like others entering his room, so he quite agreed with this rule.

Zi Qing added, “Another thing, the areas outside the bedrooms are all common areas.

We have a rotation for cleaning these areas, and now that you’re here, you’re included.

Regarding als, we all chip in for the groceries, and you’re welco to contribute as well.”

“How much?”

Su Mo looked up and asked.

Although Zi Qing seed tough to talk to, she was actually taking good care of him.

“Two hundred per month.

You can eat first, and we’ll settle the paynt when you get your salary at the end of the month,” she reasoned.

Zi Qing, noting that Su Mo’s clothing looked a bit worn, guessed he didn’t have much money, so she preferred to ask for his share later.

“Okay,” Su Mo nodded in agreent.

“Also, you’re not allowed to bring anyone ho, man or woman, without my approval.

This is not a staff dormitory; this apartnt is mine.

I’m not charging you rent, out of respect for Zinuo.

Otherwise, with your salary, you probably wouldn’t be able to afford it after all the deductions,” Zi Qing clarified.

“I understand,” Su Mo responded.

“Nothing else particularly important.

Later, you’ll go to the office with us, and a designated person will handle your induction and arrange your job.

Just a little personal advice: keep a low profile, and make sure not to make any mistakes that could be used against you.

I don’t think I need to elaborate on why,” she advised.

“Understood,” Su Mo accepted the advice sincerely.

After finishing her instructions, Zi Qing stood up and walked toward the rooms of Zi Die and the others.

She knocked on each door, calling out as she did so.

“Ti to get up.”

Not long after, Han Na with swollen eyes, dressed in her uniform, ca out.

Her voluptuous figure nearly strained her clothes, and then she complained.

“Why get up so early?”

“I told you yesterday not to drink so much, we have to work early today, and there might even be ergency tasks.”

Zi Qing frowned slightly as she cautioned her.

“It’s okay, the guild hasn’t gotten us any naval Weapon yet, so there won’t be any real missions, just training tasks at most.”

Han Na didn’t care at all, she walked over to the dining table, crouched down, reached into the beer cooler, and pulled out a can of beer.

Su Mo listened to their conversation, becoming increasingly interested in the guild.

Knowing that while most players were struggling to survive, it was already dealing with large-scale Weapon, he curiously asked.

“Is our guild doing very well now?”

Han Na opened a beer can and took a sip with an extrely refreshed expression.

“You wouldn’t know?

The guild is developing super well.

We not only occupy more than a dozen bases but also over a hundred mining areas and other miscellaneous resource zones.”

“Oh.”

Su Mo nodded; it seed that joining this guild wasn’t such a bad thing.

At that mont, Zi Die and Zhang Wenjing also ca out, both changed into their formal clothes, one looking cuter and the other exuding intellectual charm.

They ca over, picked up their bowls and chopsticks, served themselves so light porridge, and sat down quietly to eat.

Zi Qing told them, “Don’t go straight ho after work today; the Sea Battle Departnt needs to have a short eting.

It won’t take too long.”

“Ah, another eting?

Work is tough enough already, eight hours at the job is like eighty hours in the ga.

It’s killing , and now there’s a eting.

Sister Zi Qing, how can you bear it?”

Han Na looked pitifully at Zi Qing.

“I don’t mind.”

Zhang Wenjing responded indifferently.

Zi Die tilted her head, looking unhappy, and said, “Training every day is aningless without real combat, and etings are even more boring.”

“Isn’t the ga pretty fun?”

Su Mo responded subconsciously.

Hearing Su Mo’s words, Han Na and the others stared at him incredulously, speechless for a long ti.

“If it weren’t for the money, I guess not many people would be willing to risk going in.”

Han Na explained to Su Mo.

“What’s dangerous about this ga?”

Su Mo beca even more puzzled.

“No way, you don’t know anything and you still played?”

Han Na looked at Su Mo in surprise.

Zi Qing briefly inford Su Mo, “This ga is risky; although the ga character dying doesn’t affect reality, if the mind collapses from a heavy shock, it could also collapse in reality, possibly leading to idiocy or ntal illness.

In severe cases, it can lead to brain death or a vegetative state.

These incidents have happened.”

“Oh, I see.”

Su Mo thought for a mont, according to what Zi Qing said, there indeed were so risks.

“Okay, hurry up and eat; we need to go.

If we’re late, there’ll be traffic, and if you don’t want your attendance bonus deducted,”

Zi Qing glanced at her watch as a reminder to them.

Hearing Zi Qing’s words, Zi Die and the others hurriedly sped up their eating; no one would want to ss with money.

A mont later, Su Mo and the four others arrived at the parking lot downstairs.

“Get in the car.”

Zi Qing opened the car door, and sat in the driver’s seat.

After Su Mo and the others got into the car, Zi Qing stepped on the gas and sped away.
