“It’s fine, all that doesn’t matter, as long as you return safely. I won’t say much, just hurry to a shelter. Don’t worry about the cha, I’ll handle the aftermath.”
Zhao Wushuang said to Su Mo simply.
“Okay.”
Su Mo nodded.
Then Zhao Wushuang climbed up the Kuihu cha and moved it out of the way.
Only then did Su Mo notice the main broadcast repeating the warning over and over.
“Urgent notice, in response to the potential impact of White Hole radiation, everyone enter evacuation mode. Once personnel retrieval is complete, we will initiate sub-light speed flight mode. At that ti, all non-essential energy outputs, including the life support systems, will be reduced. Please go imdiately to Black Brilliance’s various district shelters or return to your own hos and make all necessary preparations…..”
“Repeat, this is not a drill, please enter the various shelters as quickly as possible.”

Su Mo suddenly felt his phone vibrate.
He picked it up and glanced at it, a stream of ergency alerts kept popping up.
It was clear how urgent the situation was.
Su Mo turned his head to look around; many soldiers, after finishing their duties, ran towards the corner of the hangar to the safety room, sat down inside, pulled out their safety belts, and secured themselves, preparing for disaster.
“This….”
Su Mo felt a sense of panic welling up inside him.
“What are you standing there dazed for? Hurry to a shelter! Or do you have a death wish?”
The voice of the Fake Owner—the Swallower—rang out in Su Mo’s mind.
“Why panic? The full outbreak of the White Hole is still a while away, plus you said it would be okay, right?”
Su Mo asked, feeling that sothing was not quite right.
“I am not omnipotent, I can’t be one hundred percent certain either! Even if the White Hole were to burst now, it wouldn’t be surprising.”
“Then why did you say I had enough ti? You’re not trying to trick to death, are you?”
Su Mo said, his face suddenly changing.
“You still have ti to argue? Hurry to the shelter. You might want to die, but I certainly don’t.”
The Fake Owner—the Swallower—replied coldly.
“You’ve really done in.”
“But don’t worry; I’ve already picked a safe place for you.”
“Where?”
Su Mo asked calmly; with the situation at hand, there was no use discussing anything else.
“Head imdiately to the GT departnt hangar and find a way into the Gluttonous cha’s cockpit. You don’t need to activate the cha, just squat inside. That’s the safest place.”
The Fake Owner—the Swallower—said gravely.
“You’ve already calculated everything.”
Su Mo quickly regained his composure.
“Right, use Black Brilliance as a shield. If it withstands the impact, so be it; if it can’t, we’ll use the Gluttonous cha to resist. I’ll step in when it’s crucial, then we’ll escape on our own. As for the other ants, they’re of no concern to us.”
The Fake Owner—the Swallower—talked to Su Mo with utmost coldness.
Su Mo didn’t bother to argue with him any longer; he was getting used to the Fake Owner—the Swallower’s logic. Imdiately, he ran towards the outer area.
Before long, Su Mo left the hangar and arrived in the living quarters area.
The scene was even more chaotic here, with masses of panicked civilians fleeing for safety. Although most instinctively ran to their hos, many still thought their assigned quarters were too high or in a bad location, feeling unsafe, and wandered around with their families looking for hiding spots.
“Run, the ship is going to explode!”
“Out of the way, don’t block .”
“Wuu, this is so scary.”
“Waaah…”
“Everyone stay calm, don’t panic. We have plenty of ti to find shelter, don’t believe in any panic-inducing rumors….”
So soldiers struggled to maintain order, but to little effect; under extre fear, very few would listen.
Su Mo even witnessed a very grim scene: many civilians tried to force their way into the hangar and control areas.
They believed those areas would be safer.
But the guards at the post rejected them; even in such critical tis, the control zones were exactly that—controlled—and they couldn’t let unqualified personnel in.
“You can’t go in.”
“Let us in, it’s safer inside.”
“Listen to , the hangar is full of chas and weapons. It’s more dangerous for you inside. There are twelve massive shelters in the living quarters. If you don’t feel safe, you can head to those areas.”
The guard captain explained patiently.
“We don’t want to go to the shelters; they’re almost bursting at the seams.”
As they spoke, they tried to barge through.
Watching this unfold, Su Mo’s expression was very complex.
Just then, Su Mo’s phone rang.
He answered and saw the call was from an unfamiliar number, which made him frown slightly before he answered.
Qian Chengxue’s voice, filled with relief, imdiately ca through.
“I’m so glad you haven’t changed your number.”
“Yeah, where are you?”
Su Mo asked urgently.
“I just left the Black and White Organization. They said you weren’t there. Where are you? I’ll co to you.”
Qian Chengxue asked eagerly.
“I’m at the entrance to the Lower City District.”
“Let’s et at the Tide Restaurant in Central District, I’ll be there shortly.”
“Okay.”
Su Mo nodded in response.
After hanging up, Su Mo felt a warm feeling in his heart. In tis of disaster, it truly was a blessing to be in soone’s thoughts.
“You’re still in the mood to bother with others? Get to a shelter now!”
The Fake Owner—the Swallower—chided, annoyed.
“What’s the rush? We have plenty of ti. Or are you not confident in your own predictions?”
Su Mo replied calmly, his panic now completely gone.
