Chapter 702: Chapter 565 Outrageous
Su Mo silently ate his slice of bread. Even though it was nothing special, it tasted exceptionally delicious today.
“Is that enough? If not, I’ll get you more,”
asked Qian Chengxue considerately.
“It’s enough.”
Su Mo replied cheerfully. It was then that he noticed Qian Chengxue sitting sideways, her white blouse gaping slightly to reveal a tantalizing cleavage.
For a mont, Su Mo’s heartbeat quickened and he felt a ticklish sensation in his nostrils.
He quickly averted his eyes and adjusted his mindset.
Just then, there was a knock at the door.
Knock knock?
Su Mo was slightly startled, looking at Qian Chengxue with a puzzled face. Who could be looking for her this early in the morning?
Seeing Su Mo’s expression, Qian Chengxue suddenly felt as if she had been caught in the act. With an awkward tone, she said softly, “Why are you looking at like that? I don’t know who it is either.”
She, too, was utterly puzzled. Usually, nobody visited her, so this was sowhat abnormal.
“Cough, no, I didn’t an that.”
Su Mo hurriedly explained.
“I’ll go see who it is.”
Imdiately, Qian Chengxue stood up and walked toward the door. She reached the main door and opened the electronic peephole.
However, as soon as she saw who was knocking, her pupils dilated, and she ran back in a panic.
“Su Mo.”
“What’s wrong? Who is it, why are you so nervous?”
Su Mo was completely bewildered. He had been confronted by a group of people early in the morning and hadn’t been so flustered.
“Hide quickly.”
Qian Chengxue spoke in a sowhat disordered tone.
“Who’s there that I need to hide from?”
Su Mo’s heart sank a little. He wasn’t afraid of anyone.
“I don’t know what’s going on, but my father has co over.”
Qian Chengxue had no choice but to bluntly tell Su Mo.
“What did you say?”
After hearing this, Su Mo suddenly stood up, losing all his previous disdain. He looked around and asked, “Then where should I hide, the bathroom maybe?”

“Not there.”
“Then where?”
“My room, I guess.”

The knocking continued incessantly outside.

“If you’re short of money, I can have soone give you so.”

Qian Chengxue responded, slightly unaccustod. In her mory, Ye Tian rarely communicated with her like this. If they ever had, it was a long ti ago, and she couldn’t recall it clearly.
At this mont, Ye Tian’s gaze inadvertently swept over the dining table, noticing there were two sets of used utensils.

“Father, I know.”
