Beilo replied with utmost confidence.
"Can you tell us if you have any solutions to resolve this?"
Augustus asked sowhat uneasily.
"Sorry, this is a top secret of the Yanas Kingdom and I cannot disclose it to you. However, I can assure you on the honor of the Yanas Kingdom that there will be absolutely no problem."
Beilo promised very solemnly.
"Since that is the case, there is still so hope."
Spade’s tone relaxed slightly.
"I believe that the Federation, like our country, is fearless and wise and will definitely make the best decision."
"Lord Beilo is too kind. May I know what your battle plan is?"
"My battle plan is simple. We need not launch a full assault but instead gradually weaken these creatures. Then, we shall pull out their nests one by one and occupy their planets. If all goes well, we might even turn this place into a long-term Mine Star and continuously extract its resources."
Beilo briefly explained her basic battle plan.
"Lord Beilo makes a sound point. This plan is indeed good. However, its feasibility needs to be discussed in detail, as this is no small matter. Frankly speaking, this is equivalent to staking all our fortunes and lives."
"You’re absolutely right."
"Lord Beilo, we have co a long way and are sowhat exhausted. Could you let us rest first? After we have regained our strength, we can discuss the details. I presu you’re not in a rush this mont?"
Spade pondered for a mont before continuing.
"No problem, I will arrange for soone to take you down to rest,"
Beilo agreed with a smile.
She obviously knew that Spade’s pause for consultation ant that he wanted to discuss things internally, which wasn’t surprising.
After all, Spade and his team were already interested, and pushing too hard might backfire.
"That won’t be necessary; our ship is just next door. We’ll go back and rest there,"
Augustus replied with a smile.
"Alright,"
Beilo did not insist.
...
Soti later, Spade and the others returned to the Black Brilliance.
Li Ruiqi had been waiting for a while, and as soon as Spade and his team disembarked the ship, he ca up to ask.
"How did it go?"
"Good and bad."
Augustus said with a grave expression.
"Well, then let’s talk inside, everyone is waiting,"
Li Ruiqi thought for a mont and responded.
"Good!"
Augustus nodded in agreent.
Then Spade, Li Ruiqi, Augustus, accompanied by Su Mo and others, walked inside.
Shortly after, they entered a special conference room.
The entire conference room was full of people.
On the left side sat three individuals in advanced military uniforms, each exuding an aura of decisiveness.
On a closer look, these were all Legion Leaders from various legions.
On the right side sat elderly n in different attire, each wearing tight expressions.
Su Mo looked around, slightly surprised. He barely recognized anyone in the group, although he did recognize a few, such as Wang Ce from the Five Dragon Heads.
Their clothing was particularly distinctive, making them easy to recognize.
Su Mo thought for a mont, guessing that these people must be the influential figures behind the scenes.
The conference room was extrely quiet, to a sowhat oppressive extent.
At that mont, Spade walked up to the podium.
Su Mo and the others stood on the side of the conference hall, quietly waiting.
After Spade took the stage, he began to explain the situation, detailing it for everyone present.
The audience was silent, each person with a very solemn expression. After listening to Spade’s words, they showed no signs of exuberance but rather bowed their heads, weighing the pros and cons.
Spade continued with a firm voice, "I won’t speak of niceties. I am personally in favor of participating in this operation, but let be clear, if we join, we will definitely pay a blood price. To speak bluntly, we are trading lives for resources. If there were a choice, I would never agree, but Beilo made a point. If you want safety and the spoils, that just isn’t possible."
The room remained silent, faces filled with conflict.
Su Mo waited quietly; he had no intention of participating.
However, at that mont, Su Mo felt as though soone was constantly watching him. He looked around slightly.
He then noticed an elderly man within the Five Dragon Heads staring at him.
Su Mo glanced at his attire and the dragon-head staff in his hand, guessing he was probably Cheng Xue’s grandfather.
He simply pretended not to notice, uninterested in engaging.
At that mont, seated in the front row, Augustus pondered for a mont, then slightly turned his head, glancing sidelong at Shiris.
"For the Federation, I’m willing to take a gamble!"
Shiris stood up first to make a statent.
Suddenly, more than a third of the people responded in kind.
"Lord Shiris speaks wisely. We’re willing to take a gamble, for the Federation..."
.....
Su Mo’s eyes flashed with surprise; Shiris was impressive, able to move so many people.
As more and more people made their stance known, the rest were influenced as well.
"We are willing to fight!"
.....
Seeing that over half of the personnel had made their stance, Spade spoke, "Very well, I’m proud of you all. In that case, I officially announce that we will participate in this operation. Tomorrow, we will discuss the specific battle plans with Beilo and her team. Here, I promise that anyone who earns rit in this mission will receive high rewards and honors! All for the Federation!"
