Now reading: Chapter 97 - 97 97 Confirmation from Destiny Mission of game ‘Star Ring’, a Sci-fi novel by False Court.

97: Chapter 97 Confirmation 97: Chapter 97 Confirmation Su Mo’s field of vision suddenly cleared a lot, and he was quite astonished inwardly, this second generation chanical armor was extraordinarily useful.

He suppressed the excitent in his heart, striving to keep a calm deanor in his actions.

A mont later, Su Mo arrived at the survival supplies storage without any difficulty, the door wasn’t locked but open.

As he entered, he slowly raised the titanium blade in his hand.

His eyes narrowed, and through Su Mo’s view, aside from the nurous wooden crates, several Kazamis were squirming in the darkness.

With a light touch of his toes, Su Mo appeared beside the closest Kazami like a ghost, and with one swing, he sliced it in half.

The whole process was neat and clean without any drag or delay, and nearly silent.

With the aid of the chanical armor, it took Su Mo less than fifteen minutes to eliminate all the lurking threats.

Su Mo walked up to a supply crate, using the titanium blade to split it open, revealing bags of military rations.

Seeing the rations, Su Mo’s heart surged with joy, and he grabbed a tightly sealed bag and tore it open.

Inside was a box of beef cans, a water bottle with a screw cap, a packet of compressed biscuits, a bag of nuts, and a pack of chewing gum.

Without a word, Su Mo twisted open the water bottle and gulped down a whole bottle in one breath.

He then tore open the compressed biscuits and started to devour them hungrily.

In just a few minutes, Su Mo had eaten his fill, and his strength began to recover rapidly.

Imdiately after, Su Mo found a military backpack nearby, picked up bags of military rations, and stuffed them into it until it was full.

Then Su Mo slung the backpack on.

Without lingering, he headed toward the coastline, needing to hurry and bring the food back, as Lin Zinuo and the others were probably at their limit.

——————————————————–

On the ship, Lin Zinuo and the others were lying on the deck, their mouths dry and their eyes starting to see stars.

“Sister Zinuo, I can’t hold on much longer, I think I’m about to die.

When the group compiles the list of causes of death, please make sure to put ‘died heroically in battle’, and not ‘starved to death’, that’s just too embarrassing.”

Zhou Qian said, gasping for air.

“Just hold on a little longer, Su Mo should be back soon,”

Lin Zinuo said encouragingly, despite struggling herself.

“Forget it, he’s been gone for so long.

If he was coming back, he would have been back by now.”

Zhou Qian said, looking hopeless.

“Sister Zinuo, we can’t hold on either.

You really need to say a few good words for us on the death report!”

Gao i and the others also said, gasping for breath.

“Don’t lose heart.

From now on, whoever survives, I will apply for a bonus just for you,”

Lin Zinuo tried her best to soothe everyone, urging them to hang on and not give up.

“Forget it, Sister Zinuo, it’s hopeless.

Even if Su Mo isn’t dead, he’s probably got into trouble and is trapped,”

Sun Hong said pessimistically.

Since their radios had run out of power, and even if they had power, they wouldn’t work after getting wet, they had no way of knowing what had beco of Su Mo.

“Who said I was dead?”

Just then, a voice suddenly rang out.

Everyone was startled, then overco with joy as they scrambled up and turned to look.

They saw Su Mo, having removed his helt, climbing onto the deck along the ship’s anchor.

“Su Mo!”

Zhou Qian scread excitedly upon seeing Su Mo.

Lin Zinuo’s eyes also moistened; the guy had finally returned.

Su Mo didn’t say a word as he took off his backpack and poured out all the military rations.

“Eat up!”

Seeing the rations, Lin Zinuo and the others didn’t care about anything else, they all reached out to tear them open, eating like starving ghosts, completely disregarding any ladylike image.

Su Mo just stood by quietly, watching them wolf down the food.

In probably less than five or six minutes, everyone had their fill, then they sat down on the ground, exclaiming.

“Whew, being full is such a blissful thing!”

“So comfortable.”

“This is the best al I’ve ever had in my life.”

“Sa here, the tastiest I’ve ever eaten.”

Zhou Qian and the others all had relieved looks on their faces.

It was then that Lin Zinuo finally noticed the equipnt Su Mo was wearing, and she asked in surprise.

“Eh, Su Mo, what are you wearing?”

“chanical Armor, found inside the base.”

Su Mo explained simply.

“The Armor looks very advanced.”

Sun Hong and the other girls said enviously, they couldn’t help but reach out to touch Su Mo’s chanical Armor, the texture was impeccable.

“It’s second-generation chanical Armor.”

Su Mo didn’t plan to hide it and said directly.

When Lin Zinuo heard this, she asked curiously, “What’s the situation inside the base, Su Mo?”

Su Mo then reached out and pulled out a map of the base from his chest.

Thanks to the chanical Armor, the map wasn’t soaked.

But even if it had been, Su Mo wasn’t worried; he had made a secondary preparation and had specially recorded a video.

“This is a rather large Bay Base, inhabited by a large number of mutant monster Kazami.

But the base is stocked with a significant amount of materials and heavy weapons.”

When Lin Zinuo and the others heard Su Mo’s words, their breathing beca sowhat coarse; it was false to say they weren’t tempted.

Of course, it also proved the saying that once you have your fill, you start to beco unsatisfied.

But that was normal, humans always have aspirations.

After thinking for a mont, Su Mo continued, “By the way, there might also be a regular battleship inside this Bay Base, probably in the shipyard.”

“A regular battleship!

Are you sure?”

The eyes of Lin Zinuo and the others lit up imdiately.

“Yes, a regular battleship.”

Su Mo nodded, according to the log, that ship should still be docked in the shipyard, and maintenance was almost complete; after all, they had begun loading ammunition.

Seeing how certain Su Mo was, Lin Zinuo and the others grew excited again, they were very tempted, but also worried, going there might an certain death.

At this mont, Su Mo didn’t notice the conflicted expressions on Lin Zinuo and the others’ faces; he was looking at a building marked on the map, labeled chanical Armor Storage.

Su Mo’s previous Green Shield cha had perished alongside the octopus, and now he was without suitable equipnt; he truly wanted to secure another one.

However, there was a problem; sneaking in to get a cha wasn’t hard, but figuring out how to take it out was the difficulty.

Actually, the best thod would be to take the ship, burst out with it.

But that plan, just thinking about it was insane.

One might end up losing their life in the process.

Just as Su Mo and the others were in a dilemma, Lin Zinuo coughed and spoke up to inquire of Su Mo.

“Su Mo, do you think we have a chance if we target that battleship?”

Su Mo was quite surprised at Lin Zinuo’s words; he had thought they would give up by now.

He couldn’t help but look at Lin Zinuo a few more tis; this girl was really bold, it was rare for soone who just narrowly escaped death to still have such courage.
