Each small squad consists of a hundred exotic beasts, with their commander being a Low Grade D exotic beast in the wolf pack, excluding elites and aces!

Therefore, from the military scale above a camp, they are monitored by the Information Center, the Database, the Imperial Guard Third Faction, and Shadow Unit One, and Two.
The chief commander of each camp’s exotic beasts is a Mid-Level Grade C, and the deputy commander is a Low Grade C. Each township boasts an army ranging from one hundred million to three hundred million. This imnse army scale is undeniably formidable.
Its chief commander must pass the review of the Imperial Guard Third Faction, Shadow Unit One and Two, the Wolf Lord, and the Wolf Pack Council Chamber, and only a titled war general with outstanding military rits can lead, accompanied by ten deputy commanders, each being a special war general.
Above the township is the warti general bureau, established only during tis of war. The bureau oversees armies spanning five to fifteen townships, directly accountable to the Wolf Lord and the Wolf Pack Council Chamber, owning all permissions during major conflicts.
The warti commander must be a War Emperor and a titled War King to hold position. Each bureau will have a battalion from the Imperial Guard Third Faction garrisoned, with at least tens of thousands of undercover agents from Shadow Unit One and Two in ambush.
Thus, this will be the future military system of the Wolf Pack Civilization, a system that will be inherited on Earth for countless eras, potentially erasing the active systems of various tribes from the past entirely.

The third general outline: Unify the asurents among the tribes, standardize the world’s resource system, and launch the exclusive currency of the Wolf Pack Civilization—the Fortune Stone.
The Fortune Stone carries fortune, consisting of the fringe fortunes emitted by the Wolf Pack Civilization, along with the Variant Species’ fortune from the Ice Crystal Tribe, the Serpent Civilization, and the Deep Sea Tribe which could not be assimilated.
Whether used for ingestion to speed up cultivation or as reserve currency, the Fortune Stone is extrely useful and is the true hard currency.
The Fortune Stone is pegged to the Ancestral Blood Flesh, with one ton of Ancestral Blood Flesh exchangeable for one Fortune Stone, and other exchange ratios use this as the calibration point, allowing market fluctuations but subject to exotic beast analysis conclusions from the Database and Information Center.
Other scattered and small-scale resource transactions continue to be handled through bartering, but the Database can directly estimate the value of items, facilitating transactions.
The fourth general outline: Redefine the world’s territorial divisions, with the land divided into ten continents and ninety regions, and the ocean into four oceans and thirteen islands.
The ten continents are the Demon Domain Divine Continental where the Wolf Pack Civilization Headquarters resides (including the Siberia Plains, Saint Petersburg, Kirov State, Deer Slashing Cliff, Burial Cow Valley, and other controlled Blessed Land territories), White Continent, Africa, Dragon Continent (including Dragon Country, Theological Alliance, and other notified territories), Serpent Continent (Tropical Rainforest, India Country, Southeast Asia Region), North Arican Continent, South Arica, Antarctic, Northern Ice Continent, Australia (including Australia, Indonesia, and other areas).
The ten continents are further divided into ninety regions, with the Demon Domain Divine Continental having the most concentrated military force and the most regions, numbering twenty-nine, while Northern Ice Continent, Australia, Antarctic, and other peripheral continents have fewer.
Below the regional divisions are counties, cities, towns, and villages in even more detailed territorial breakdowns.
The oceans remain the Four Oceans; the Pacific Ocean, Atlantic, North Arctic Ocean, with the Indian Ocean being renad to Dragon Serpents Ocean!
The thirteen islands are the coastal areas of the Four Oceans, naly Sakura Island, Hawaii Island, Curve Island, as well as No. 1 and No. 2 Serpent Islands near the Serpent Continent, three major islands near the Demon Domain Divine Continental, and two significant landing islands near Antarctic and Australia.
