suddenly, a dark inked, powerfully imposing, and slightly dinsional truth-laden rules mandate slashed across the sky, tearing through the nebula layer of the Radiant Sun Star and erging above this great battle.
Accompanying this rules mandate was a gigantic Heavenly Seal, heavily cracked yet not totally collapsed!
