Chapter 630: Chapter 375: Slaying the Headless Ice Monster._2

It seed as if the very heavens and earth might collapse,

prompting the many Variant Species Forces of the Mysterious Iceberg, already at odds and forcibly united, to let out terrified shrieks and to flee in all directions.

As for the weaker Exotic Beasts, they lay cowering on the ground, trembling uncontrollably.

Fortunately, the shaking only lasted for a mont,

and a massive black hole appeared in the sky. The black hole absorbed all the released energy, restoring normalcy to this region of the heavens and earth.

What appeared to be a collapsing world stabilized once again.

Yet the lingering threat of death from the recent energy collision haunted every Exotic Beast’s heart.

Thousands of ters high in the air, the vast black hole engulfed both the Wolf King and the Ice Cold Monster, hence no Exotic Beast could witness their battle any longer.

Even as the black hole spun, both sides grew restless without their supre commanders to deliver a decisive blow.

Aside from the mindless horde of Ice Crystal Monsters, which continued to throw themselves at the defense lines of the Land of Adventure, the majority of the Exotic Beasts ceased their advance.

Their battles had beco inconsequential by now.

They could either run away now or wait for the showdown above to conclude, after which the losers would be at the rcy of slaughter.

But mbers of the Wolf Pack Faction, who had already gone through two days and nights of relentless bloodshed, were prepared to die in battle here.

Not to ntion the Wolf King was still present, not to ntion the blind trust and fervor they had for the Wolf King in their hearts,

even if the Wolf King were not here, they would not flee!

The various Exotic Beasts erging from the Mysterious Iceberg exchanged glances and, after a brief mind-to-mind communication, a significant portion of them swiftly fled.

No sooner had they fled than the black hole in the sky abruptly vanished, and the vast energy at the center of the collision dispersed with incredible speed.

However, this ti the energy flow was much weaker, so the heavens and earth no longer shook.

Still, even this weakened energy aftermath was fatal to many Exotic Beasts below.

Many weaker Exotic Beasts were shattered by this energy aftermath.

Fortunately, the many mbers of the Wolf Pack Faction who had stepped onto the battlefield were primarily Monster Level Exotic Beasts of considerable strength; they only suffered so shock injuries and were not seriously hard.

Next,

following the vast energy aftermath, the scene at the center of the collision also unfolded before the eyes of the many Exotic Beasts below.

Su Lin was midair, with a thick Golden Shield appearing dense with cracks, but ultimately, it had not shattered.

The deep blue Giant Sword was still stuck in the Golden Shield, but it no longer possessed the invincible force it initially had.

While the Silver Blade Su Lin had conjured had completely dissipated into thin air.

But the Blade had split into two forms, one ethereal and one substantial—the Spiritual Blade and the Origin Blade.

In the clash, only the Origin Blade had been utterly dissipated, while the Spiritual Blade took advantage of the collision to head straight for the Ice Cold Monster, cleaving it in two from head to tail in midair!

“Roar!”

At that mont, after the energy aftermath had dissipated, the pitiful howls resonated again from the dense cracks in the chest of the Ice Cold Monster.

At the sa ti, the Spiritual Will of the Ice Cold Monster was manipulating the Source of Divinity, attempting to restore its Body.

The injury, completely cleaved in twain, required even more ti to heal than regenerating half a body.

But not far away, the Silver-haired Wolf King clearly wasn’t giving it that ti.

Boom!

With a flutter of the grand and dazzling Celestial Wolf Wings, the Silver-haired Wolf King appeared before it as if by teleportation.

Spurt!

No longer was there a sound of tal clashing, as Su Lin’s razor-sharp Wolf Claw followed the cut made by the Spiritual Blade and reached straight in,

not only dispersing the convalescing Source of Divinity once again but also seizing the Ice Cold Monster’s heart, still beating under the support of its Source of Divinity!

In passing, he snapped nurous Ice Crystal blood vessels and yanked it out, then right in front of the Ice Cold Monster, he tilted his head back and swallowed it whole.

The rich and llow taste of the Ancestral Species’ essence imdiately pervaded Su Lin’s taste buds.

Wolfs down blood, live flaying!

No species ever found anything wrong with it, for that was how they all had co to be.

Yet, when one consus the heart of a powerful Ancestral Species, the figure in midair with massive luminous wings appeared utterly dominant.

At that mont, as the Ice Cold Monster’s Spiritual Will sensed the Silver-haired Wolf King relentlessly plucking one essential organ after another from its body, it began to struggle and resist with all its might.

Because in its eyes, this battle of life and death wasn’t over yet,

it could still borrow the Force of Fortune from the Ice Crystal Goddess, and it had yet to muster its secret technique capable of freezing heaven and earth!

But it was also acutely aware that, with the Silver-haired Wolf King holding such a significant advantage, it was highly unlikely to turn the tables!

For would this Silver-haired Wolf King give it another chance to recover?

Since its body was completely cleaved open and its organs were being plucked and devoured one by one by the Silver-haired Wolf King, its desperate resistance grew feebler and weaker.

The limbs wielding four Ice Swords were haphazardly smashing on the Silver-haired Wolf King’s body, but the Ice Cold Monster’s strength, which was once enough to shake the heavens and the earth, now couldn’t budge a single hair on the Wolf King in battle mode.

….

“Awoo—” Su Lin let out a soft howl to the Wolf Clan beside him, signaling them to take the dying, critically wounded Siberian Tiger aside and keep it well-guarded.

The Wolf Clan mbers quickly reacted, and several wolves worked together to drag the tiger away. Its wounds, dragged on the ground, started bleeding afresh, leaving a long trail of blood stretching from under Su Lin’s feet all the way out of the cave, seemingly endless.

As Su Lin gazed at the trail of blood, the look in his eyes remained as unmoved as the water in an ancient well.

As for the remaining Variant Species Flesh, Su Lin was about to reward and recognize contributions, a process that all Wolf Clan mbers eagerly anticipated. To them, nothing was more important than food.

A few Wolf Clan mbers were drooling over the Variant Species Flesh not far away, their eyes filled with an aggressive glimr, seemingly ready to pounce the mont Su Lin gave the order and give into their primal instincts towards the flesh.

Su Lin’s gaze turned to the two towering figures standing to the side. Xiao Hui, sensing the commanding gaze of their Wolf King, quickly assud a proper stance, while Little Lone Wolf had been respectfully bowing his head all along, which pleased Su Lin greatly.

Even as the Lead Wolf, Little Lone Wolf held a great deal of power, but he still showed reverence towards Su Lin.

On the other hand, Xiao Hui, as always, had a playful nature, and despite his evolved intelligence, he still acted as carefree as an eight-year-old child, only wanting to follow Su Lin to fight across the Arctic and spread the majesty of the Wolf Clan.

Facing the two White Wolves who had followed him and contributed significantly to the fight, Su Lin generously awarded them three hundred pounds of flesh, a surprise that made Xiao Hui howl joyfully in his spot, while Little Lone Wolf, though not showing it, still expressed his excitent with a howl, clearly overjoyed.

The other Wolf Clan mbers who had participated in the fight and had distinguished themselves—whether Beta Wolves or Hài-Wolves—all received their deserved rewards. In an instant, the entire cave turned as lively as the human celebration of the New Year, with each rewarded White Wolf, if of an active nature, unable to help but jump around excitedly.

After rewarding the Wolf Clan mbers, Su Lin once again turned his attention to the Bear Clan that had fought alongside him, and at that mont, the leading White Bear was also eager to try his luck, having seen
