When he saw Liu Canghai and the others approach, Liu Cangyi forced himself to ignore his injuries. He scrambled up from the ground and lurched toward them, wailing.
"Holy crap, what is this monster!"
Startled, Liu Canghai kicked Liu Cangyi in the stomach, sending him flying backward again. He landed with a THUD by the entrance, coughing up blood without end.
After composing himself, Liu Canghai took a closer look and realized the monster he had just sent flying... seed to be his own cousin!
"Cangyi! Is that you? Your... what happened to your face? Why is it so flat?!"
By now, every inch of Liu Cangyi's body ached. He felt incredibly wronged. Getting beaten by Chu Qingyun was one thing, but then he'd been brutally kicked by one of his own.
However, this was no ti for complaints.
"Brother, that Chu Qingyun hit ! And that other guy, Xia He! The two of them beat up all six of us from the Captain District who were calculating Military rits! They practically beat us to death..."
"What?! Chu Qingyun and Xia He dared to attack you?" Liu Canghai couldn't help but exclaim in shock.
Imdiately after, however, a cold, vicious smile spread across his face.
'Chu Qingyun, Xia He, since you're looking for death, don't bla for being rciless!'
"Chu Qingyun! Xia He! Get the hell out here, you two!" Standing in the exchange office courtyard, Liu Canghai roared at the building.
A mont later, Chu Qingyun and Xia He appeared at the entrance.
Noticing the splatters of blood on their clothes, Liu Canghai couldn't help but sneer. "Chu Qingyun, Xia He, how dare you assault people within the Great Xia Dragon Guard encampnt! You've utterly disgraced the Celestial Wind Army!"
"Us, a disgrace? We're not nearly as disgraceful as you, Lord Guardian. You lead a team out one ti and get hundreds of people killed."
Xia He shot back with equal bluntness, his tone dripping with sarcasm.
The remark struck a nerve with Liu Canghai.
He had been brought back to the Great Xia Dragon Guard by Grand Commander Chu Yu a few days prior because of what happened during the third trial. In the days since, he had suffered endless humiliation and contempt.
Not only had he been stripped of a huge amount of his Military rits, but the Celestial Wind Army Master had also revoked his status as a Guard General.
To avoid the contemptuous gazes, Liu Canghai hadn't even dared to leave his ho for days, choosing instead to hide inside.
He wouldn't have co out today at all if he hadn't received news of Chu Qingyun's arrival.
"Good. Very good. Not only do you assault people, but you dare talk back to ! Today, I will enforce the rules of the Great Xia Dragon Guard and cripple the both of you!"
Liu Canghai roared in fury and lunged for Chu Qingyun and Xia He, his body radiating a torrent of killing intent!
The powerful aura of a Martial Spirit Level expert caused both Chu Qingyun and Xia He's expressions to tighten. They went on high alert, ready to unleash every trick they had at a mont's notice.
Liu Canghai might have been a terrible person, but his power was genuine. He was a true First-Level Martial Spirit, not to be underestimated!

Liu Canghai scoffed. Primordial Power surged in his palm as he thrust it forward.
He rembered his last fight with Chu Qingyun and didn't dare get too arrogant. Instead of simply throwing a ranged Primordial Power attack, he charged forward himself.
The Primordial Power of a Martial Spirit Level cultivator was exceptionally pure. The mont it made contact, it shattered Xia He's Wind Splitting Finger Force!
But when it t Chu Qingyun's Thunder Sword Montum, the two forces collided violently.
BOOM!
The stalemate lasted only for a mont before a huge explosion erupted.
Both the Primordial Power and the Thunder Sword Montum violently burst apart, out of control.
Liu Canghai felt his arm go numb, and he stumbled back several steps.
Chu Qingyun and Xia He fared much worse.
After clashing head-on with a true Martial Spirit Level expert, the imnse backlash sent them both flying. They barely managed to regain their footing, nearly collapsing to the ground.
Even with the protection of the Profound Celestial Divine Pattern, Chu Qingyun was so shaken that his Qi and Blood churned within him, and his chest felt incredibly tight.
Xia He was in even worse shape. Despite being a Prince, he hadn't had it easy in the imperial city and had never even practiced a Secret Technique. A sweet taste rose in his throat, and he spat out a mouthful of blood.
A true Martial Spirit Level expert wasn't just a little bit stronger than a Half-Step Martial Spirit—the difference was imnse!
However, the n Liu Canghai had brought with him, along with the battered Liu Cangyi and the others, were all dumbfounded and stared in utter disbelief.

The biting wind and terrifying fluctuations of Primordial Power made it difficult for the two of them to even breathe.
Xia He clutched the ring on his finger, his eyes glinting. He was ready to play his life-saving trump card at any mont.
'Could I have been wrong?' Chu Qingyun's expression was a mix of shock and uncertainty. 'Are the experts overseeing the exchange office not going to intervene at all?'
However, just as Liu Canghai was midway through his charge, an old man with a white beard and hair appeared before him like a phantom.
With a casual slap of his palm, the old man sent Liu Canghai flying backward, blood spraying from his mouth.
"Hmph! Liu Canghai? Who do you think you are? Is this exchange office a place where you're allowed to fight?" the old man snorted, his expression stern and commanding.
At the sight of this man, Liu Canghai's heart trembled, and a profound sense of fear washed over him.
As a forr Guard General, he knew perfectly well that the exchange office was always watched over by nurous Earth Spirit Realm experts.
In his thirst for revenge, he had completely forgotten to consider that.
"My lord, Chu Qingyun and Xia He assaulted people here in the exchange office! They even dared to attack a Guard General, an act of insubordination! I implore you, my lord, to punish them for their cris."
Facing an Earth Spirit Realm expert, Liu Canghai didn't dare act arrogantly. He spoke through mouthfuls of blood.
"Attack a Guard General? Who is the Guard General? Liu Canghai, if I recall correctly, the Celestial Wind Army Master already stripped you of your Guard General status, did he not? You are now just a common mber of the Great Xia Dragon Guard, with a rank lower than a captain's. If we're talking about insubordination, it seems you're the one guilty of it."
The old man looked at Liu Canghai and said calmly.
