The whole place is a sea of fire.
"Mom... I’m scared..."
The blonde-haired little girl clung tightly to her mother, who was holding her just as firmly. For this mother and daughter, this was nothing short of a calamity. Just this morning, they had planned to go shopping for clothes at the mall. But now, they were hiding in the ruins, trembling at the sound of explosions outside.
"Don’t be afraid, sweetheart. Don’t worry. Soone will definitely co to save us."
The middle-aged woman clenched her teeth while holding her child. She didn’t know who had launched the attack, but she had caught a glimpse through a crack of a terrifying blue creature pinning a guard to the ground and tearing him to pieces. She had almost fainted with fright, and even now, she felt her legs were weak. But for her daughter’s sake, she had to endure!
"Roar..."
However, at this mont, a deep growl suddenly rang out. Hearing it, the woman beca instantly rigid, and the little girl in her arms held her even tighter.
"Mom... what was that sound?"
"Shh... don’t speak, darling, don’t speak."
As she spoke, the middle-aged woman reached out and covered the girl’s mouth. She knew that sound ant those creatures were coming!
Sure enough, monts later, the middle-aged woman saw dozens of corpse puppets crawling over the wall, swaying their heads as if looking for sothing. Seeing this, the woman’s heart tightened as though it would leap out of her chest. She shut her mouth and didn’t dare utter a sound. She even wished her heart would stop beating entirely!

However, because the woman was so terrified, she tightly covered her daughter’s mouth, causing the little girl to struggle for air. She broke free with a little effort, trying to escape her mother’s grip, but at that mont, the corpse puppets, who had been aimlessly searching, suddenly stopped and turned simultaneously towards them!

The woman turned her head and was horrified to see a corpse puppet had sohow squeezed through the gap and even reached out to grab her foot. She kicked it with all her might, trying to break free, but instead of escaping, the corpse puppet grabbed her ankle even tighter!
"Ahhhhh!!!"
Excruciating pain surged through her, and the middle-aged woman could no longer hold back her screams. Although the corpse puppets looked similar to zombies, they were much stronger. It crushed her bones and broke her feet with a vice grip.
"Mom! Mom!!"
Hearing her mother’s screams, the little girl climbed up from the ground and, with courage from who knows where, picked up a stick and charged at the corpse puppet.
"Let go of my mom, you bad thing, let go of my mom!"
"No, run! Get away from here!!"
Seeing her daughter run towards the corpse puppet, the woman shouted in despair. She had lost hope of escaping; she only wished for her child’s safety. Yet fate seed to be playing a cruel joke on her. Just then, the other corpse puppets noticed the screaming little girl and crashed through obstacles, rushing towards her...
"No---!!"
Seeing this, the woman felt she was about to lose her mind. She desperately reached out, trying to pull her child back, but could only watch as the terrifying creature lunged at her daughter. However...
"---Roar!!"
At that very mont, a massive, blood-red, eerie figure suddenly leapt from the side, fiercely biting the corpse puppet and pinning it to the ground, then quickly shredding it to pieces. anwhile, other terrifying monsters appeared, resembling hunting hounds as they tore into the corpse puppets. Those corpse puppets, who were so fierce just a mont ago, had no ti to react before being completely wiped out.

What just happened?
Staring blankly at the now-empty ground in front of them, the woman and the little girl were montarily stunned. Everything had happened so quickly that neither could comprehend what was going on. However, the woman quickly ca to her senses, painfully crawling to her daughter’s side and pulling her into a tight embrace.
"It’s okay now, my darling, oh... thank heavens..."
Yet, the woman fell silent once more because she saw the terrifying red monster from just monts ago watching them from the side.
What is this thing?
She hadn’t had a clear look earlier, but now she could see the creature’s terrifying form—a red body, hard shell, fearso fangs, and sharp spikes on the side...
"What is this?"
Soon, two more identical creatures appeared, but they didn’t attack the mother and daughter. Instead, they surrounded the pair protectively. The woman held her daughter tightly, fearfully observing these strange beings. Were they so kind of alien life? What did they want?
"Ah, found them, here, there are two more!"
At that mont, another voice broke the silence, and they saw a brown-skinned girl with white hair land in front of them. The fearso creatures didn’t attack her?
"Alright, you go find other survivors now."
The mother and daughter watched as the girl casually spoke to the creatures, which then really left?
"Phew... are you okay? Are you injured?"
After speaking to the monsters, the girl imdiately turned towards them. The woman wanted to say sothing, but the overwhelming pain made her groan instead.
"Sister, those creatures hurt my mom!"
"Injured?"
Hearing the girl’s comnt, the woman saw the girl glance at her, then nod.
"Seems like a serious injury. Wait a mont... Illya, Illya co over here, soone is hurt!"
What happened next completely shocked the woman.
"Coming, coming..."
Accompanied by a crisp voice, the woman saw another girl in a strange purple robe, holding a Magic Wand, flying over out of nowhere! She looked almost identical to the previous girl, except she had white skin compared to the other girl’s brown.
"What’s wrong? Whoa, such severe injuries, wait, I’ll heal you right now."
"Alright, thank you very much."
Although puzzled about why these two girls, who seed not much older than her daughter, were there, the woman could only endure the pain and nod with a smile. But what the girl did next left her utterly baffled.
The girl raised her Magic Wand, pointing it at her legs, and began to chant softly.
"May no one in this world hurt others, and no one get hurt... Patch all flaws (PainBreaker)!"
And as the girl’s voice echoed like a Magic Incantation, a green Light Beam shone on her legs... and they were healed just like that?
