Ti Dragons transcend ti, irrelevant to cause and effect. They exist here, yet do not, only appearing if they will it so. As long as Akemi Homura is transford into an Enchanted Clan mber of the Ti Dragon, she can break free from the constraints of ti and resolve this issue.

The Little Fire Dragon can beco a mber of his clan because, while it is a creature from the technological world, it occupies the "dragon" attribute, theoretically belonging to the sa class, order, and species as himself. Despite Akemi Homura being human, she possesses the power to manipulate ti, albeit very basic, but similar, nonetheless.
Furthermore, these days, Fang Zheng has been in "intimate contact" with Akemi Homura daily. With Fang Zheng’s roar, the bright and dazzling Fla of Existence rapidly bursts forth, forming a vast and complex Free thod Array that spreads in all directions.
The world begins to tremble.
This is the shudder of old rules shattering and new rules being established.
Once, the old order was completely destroyed and dismantled. Yet, on its ruins, a brand new order will reerge!
Traversing past, present, and future!
Fang Zheng closes his eyes, and soon, scenes unfold before him.
The appearance of Soul Gems, the ergence of Magical Girls, the advent of Witches... all of these have traversed the history of human civilization. Now, what he must do is correct these.
Without QB, many would not beco Magical Girls, but with this absence cos another issue.

No matter what, civilization will progress. Human history continues forward. What they did might have changed history, or perhaps not, it could have been significantly aningful, or not at all. Yet they continue to selflessly fight for humanity. Because this is their mission, their duty.
Just like those Paladins, guarding justice, punishing evil.
And the Magical Girls traveling through different eras, no matter what fate they faced in life, after death — will rest in peace.

Fang Zheng can feel that the fla within him is now more intense, more powerful, filled with a potent force he had never felt before.
If one were to describe it... it’s like feeling that his heart has transford from flesh and blood into a nuclear-powered chanical creation.
