"So this is the arena for the Judgent Ceremony."

Standing on the high platform and gazing at the arena before him, Fang Zheng couldn’t help but express his feelings. This arena, in appearance, was similar to the Demi-Plane he had first encountered in the White Tower. However, the size was much larger; the arena before him, shaped like the Colosseum of Ancient Ro, lacked spectator stands and was even as large as three football fields. Since it was a Demi-Plane space, the audience didn’t need to fix their seats like in the real world but could ticulously observe every battle through the screen projections in front of them.

If Fang Zheng were to describe it, then it would be...

"I never imagined that I would see a live-action version of electronic sports and broadcasting in Another World..."

Looking at the big screen in front of him, Fang Zheng clicked his tongue in amazent. The technology of this Otherworld... no, the magic developnt is seriously skewed, isn’t it? They haven’t even finished the industrial revolution, and they’ve already entered the information age?

But these were all trivial matters.

With that thought, Fang Zheng straightened his clothes and then stepped onto the stone slab before him. As soon as Fang Zheng stepped on it, the flat stone slab floating in mid-air carried him forward and soon arrived at the ritual altar in the center of the arena. anwhile, representatives from four countries, including Astor and Bishop Carl, had also arrived.

"I will now declare the rules," Bishop Carl said. He glanced at the four representatives and spoke.

"Ladies and gentlen, are your warriors ready?"

"Of course they’re ready," General John lifted his head and confidently responded, and Fang Zheng nodded as well.

"My dear children can hardly wait."

"Very well."

Upon hearing their answers, Bishop Carl took out a coin and placed it on the table.

"Please guess heads or tails."

"Heads," General John was the first to make a choice once again, then he looked provocatively at Fang Zheng who simply shrugged his shoulders and remained silent. Since General John had chosen heads, it ant that he, undoubtedly, was tails.

Having decided on heads or tails, Bishop Carl didn’t hesitate to toss the coin. The coin spun in the air and then landed on the platform in front of everyone.

"It’s heads."

After a glance at the coin, Bishop Carl said without changing his expression and then nodded to General John.

"You may begin selecting the terrain."

For fairness, all rules of the Judgent Ceremony were dependent on the terrain, and after the selection, the landscape within the arena would change accordingly; the rules would also vary with the terrain. If the terrain was urban, then it would be a siege battle. If it were plains, then it was very likely to be a war of attrition. Just like many competitive gas with different maps, each map had different objectives, and only the one who achieved the objective first could claim victory.

As Bishop Carl spoke, a roulette wheel appeared from thin air in front of General John, and its pointer started spinning rapidly. General John stared intently at the spinning pointer and then suddenly shouted loudly.

"Stop!"

Right at that mont, the spinning pointer instantly halted, pointing at a green square adorned with a tree pattern. The roulette also slowly vanished at this mont, and with a thunderous "boom," the previously empty arena transford instantly into a lush canyon, filled with trees, flanked by dense forests, and a small mountain in the middle. At the top of the mountain, a flag fluttered in the wind.

Following that, a dispassionate voice sounded.

"Capture the flag match, ti limit thirty minutes. Priority to reach the flag’s location and guard it for one minute to win. Failure to capture the flag is defeat, complete annihilation of one side is defeat, and at the end of the ti limit, the side with fewer surviving mbers is defeat. If the number of survivors is equal, the side closest to the flag is considered the winner. The match begins in five minutes!"

"This..."

Seeing this map, everyone’s expression changed slightly, except for Fang Zheng, even though the rules of the map were already very clear. But the problem lied in the map itself!

In this "map," the "birthplaces" of both sides were located at the lower corners on the left and right of the map, while the location of the flag was at the central peak. Only one bridge ran straight across the entire map, leading up to the small hill where the flag was. There were only two paths from the birthplace to this bridge, one more gentle and closer to the bridge but more dangerous. The other path was longer and could circumvent the bridge, then find another small path from behind the hill.

However, no matter which path was taken, it would intersect with the opposing path, aning that if both sides had similar speeds, they would et at their destination and battle would erupt.

And if one side was quick enough, they could set up an ambush at the crossroads and wait for their prey.

But regardless, this terrain required not just talent and strength but also a trial of experience.

The Kingdom of Fla and the Land of Wealth would definitely send their elites, who would undoubtedly be strong and experienced. But on Fang Zheng’s side... were those kids really okay?

"Let’s get ready to start."

However, under everyone’s gaze, Fang Zheng’s expression remained unchanged, and he simply replied before leaving the high platform again. Bishop Carl and Douglas exchanged glances, then silently turned and walked away, leaving only General John and the chubby representative still standing on the platform.

"Feigning calmness."

Watching Fang Zheng’s retreating back, the chubby representative chuckled.

"It looks like this ti, we’ve definitely won, General John."

"Don’t talk of victory before it’s secured."

General John glanced at the fatso beside him.

"I wouldn’t want to beco the butt of others’ jokes again; once was enough... this ti, failure is absolutely not an option."

"Don’t worry, General John."

The chubby representative patted his belly confidently.

"We will surely win. We’ve given them all the support we had, and those lads are strong, experienced warriors. Handling a bunch of girls is not a problem at all. My only hope is that they don’t underestimate or pity their opponents because they’re little girls. Besides that, I can’t see any chance of us losing."

"Still, it’s better to be cautious."

At this, General John’s mouth twitched involuntarily.

"One should never declare victory before the battle; that young man is not as simple as you and I think. If he’s appearing so calm, it must be because he has enough confidence in those kids. And... don’t forget, even Alfred couldn’t defeat that twin-tailed girl yesterday. This ti... I really don’t want to see the sa mistake."

After these words, General John also turned and left, and the chubby representative snorted, struggling to make his way back onto the stage. Soon everyone dispersed, and the next mont, the bell sounded.

"Dong... Dong... Dong..."

The bell echoed in the canyon, and at the sa ti, with a flash of white light, five petite figures appeared on a circular platform deep in a dense forest.

"Just as expected..."

Natsuse nodded at the scene before her.

"Just like Brother Fang Zheng told us..."

Murmuring to herself, Natsuse then turned to face her companions.

"Well, let’s start moving according to Brother Fang Zheng’s plan of action."
