Now reading: Chapter 1679 Night of the Banquet! from Dimensional Keeper: All My Skills Are at Level 100, a Fantasy novel by ShinGotLost.

It was already midnight, and the entire Violet Star Palace had transford into a magnificent sea of lights.

Every palace building, courtyard, bridge, and pavilion throughout the enormous sect grounds had been decorated beautifully for the banquet. Countless spirit lanterns floated through the sky like glowing stars while streams of colorful spiritual light illuminated the night from every direction.

The atmosphere throughout the Violet Star Palace was lively and celebratory.

Music echoed continuously across the palace grounds while disciples and elders from the various third-rate forces gathered together in large numbers. So discussed the Slting Trial enthusiastically while others exchanged cultivation experiences and ford new connections before the coming Cosmic Ascension Conference.

The banquet itself was grand.

Long tables filled with rare spiritual foods, wines, and precious fruits stretched across the main banquet area while beautiful spirit dancers perford beneath the glowing lights.

Everywhere one looked, laughter and conversation filled the surroundings.

However, despite the lively atmosphere, one topic remained at the center of nearly every discussion.

Max Morgan.

Many younger geniuses continued speaking about his overwhelming performance during the Slting Trial, especially his battle against Ray Willer and the shocking display of strength he revealed inside the Tower of Treasure.

anwhile, Max himself had only briefly attended the banquet.

Outwardly, he maintained enough appearances to avoid attracting suspicion by disappearing entirely. He calmly exchanged a few conversations with several elders and disciples before quietly leaving the banquet grounds afterward.

Very few people noticed his departure amidst the enormous gathering.

Soon afterward, Max returned directly to the mansion assigned to the Black Dragon Clan.

The mont he entered his room, the calm expression on his face gradually beca more serious.

Then, his figure disappeared completely from the room and entered the Dinsion of Genesis.

After entering the Dinsion of Genesis, Max did not imdiately head toward the eting hall Isabella had prepared earlier.

Instead, he first went to et Alice and Lenavira.

The peaceful atmosphere inside the Dinsion of Genesis felt completely different from the lively banquet outside the Violet Star Palace. The surrounding land was calm and quiet while dense spiritual energy flowed naturally throughout the entire dinsion.

Soon, Max arrived at the area where Alice and Lenavira were currently staying.

The mont Alice noticed him approaching, her eyes imdiately brightened.

"You finally ca back," she said while quickly walking toward him. "Do you know how boring it gets staying here sotis?"

anwhile, Lenavira simply smiled faintly from the side while looking toward Max calmly.

Max chuckled lightly after hearing Alice complain.

"The Slting Trial only ended recently," he replied helplessly. "Naturally, I had many things to deal with outside first."

Alice imdiately crossed her arms afterward.

"Still," she muttered, "you disappear for long periods every single ti."

Max only smiled slightly before changing the topic.

"Actually," he said calmly, "once we return to the Black Dragon Clan, the two of you will get to et several interesting people."

The mont those words were spoken, Alice imdiately beca curious.

"Interesting people?" she repeated quickly.

Even Lenavira's gaze shifted toward Max with slight interest afterward.

Max nodded lightly.

"They are indeed very interesting people."

However, despite saying that much, Max did not reveal anything else afterward.

The interesting people were of course his spirit Lily and the little dragon Vormir. Max hadn't got the ti to introduce Alice and Lenavira to Lily and Vormir because of the Slting Trial but now that this trial had ended, Max felt that it was ti they finally et each other.

Alice imdiately narrowed her eyes suspiciously.

"Who exactly are they?" she asked quickly.

Max rely smiled calmly.

"That," he replied casually, "is still a secret for now."

Alice instantly beca dissatisfied after hearing that answer.

"A secret again?" she complained imdiately. "Why do you keep making everything sound mysterious lately?"

Then she quickly stepped closer toward Max while continuing to question him endlessly.

"Are they strong?"

"Are they from the Violet Star Palace?"

"Are they geniuses from the Slting Trial?"

"Are there many of them?"

However, no matter how many questions Alice asked continuously, Max never directly answered any of them.

Instead, he simply smiled faintly every single ti.

"You will find out soon enough," he replied calmly.

Alice imdiately pouted in frustration afterward.

"You are doing this on purpose," she muttered unhappily.

anwhile, Lenavira quietly watched the exchange between the two with amusent visible within her eyes.

Clearly, she already understood that Max deliberately intended to keep the matter hidden for now.

Eventually, after speaking with the two of them for so ti longer, Max finally turned toward the direction of the eting hall Isabella had prepared earlier.

Tonight—

The first true gathering of his secret force was about to begin.

"Alright," Max said while lightly patting both Alice and Lenavira on the head. "I still have so important matters to deal with first, so I will see the two of you later."

Alice imdiately looked slightly dissatisfied again.

"You always say that," she muttered quietly.

anwhile, Lenavira simply smiled gently afterward.

"That is fine," she said calmly. "Dinner is almost ready anyway. Once you finish your work, co eat with us."

The mont those words entered his ears, a genuinely warm smile slowly appeared across Max's face.

"That sounds perfect," he replied while nodding lightly. "I should be back within a few hours."

As he spoke those words, a faint sense of warmth quietly rose within Max's heart.

Ever since Alice and Lenavira had arrived inside the Dinsion of Genesis, the atmosphere here had gradually begun changing little by little. What was once rely an empty independent world had slowly started feeling more alive.

And although Max remained extrely busy most of the ti with cultivation, battles, and endless responsibilities, he still tried his best to spend ti with them whenever possible.

In fact, after returning to the Dinsion of Genesis repeatedly over ti, Max had gradually developed a habit.

Whenever he was free, he would eat dinner together with Alice, Lenavira, and Isabella.

Sotis they simply talked casually.

Sotis Alice complained endlessly about how boring cultivation was.

Other tis Isabella discussed matters related to the secret domain while Lenavira quietly listened nearby.

They were simple monts.

Yet strangely—

Max found himself valuing those monts more and more.

Because despite all the dangers surrounding him constantly, those peaceful dinners inside the Dinsion of Genesis made the place genuinely begin feeling like ho.

Even if he could not remain beside them all the ti, Max still tried his best not to completely neglect them.

At the very least, whenever he returned to the Dinsion of Genesis, he wanted to spend so ti together with them normally.

anwhile, after hearing Max agree to return for dinner later, Lenavira's smile deepened slightly.

"We will wait for you then," she said softly.

Max nodded one final ti afterward before finally turning around and heading toward the eting hall prepared by Isabella deeper within the Dinsion of Genesis.

By the ti Max arrived at the eting hall inside the Dinsion of Genesis, Isabella, Jonathan, and Julie were already waiting there.

The eting hall itself was surprisingly refined despite being created recently. A large circular table stood at the center of the room while faint silver lights illuminated the surroundings softly. Intricate dinsional patterns could be seen engraved across portions of the walls, causing the entire hall to carry a mysterious atmosphere.

The mont Max entered, the attention of everyone inside imdiately shifted toward him.

A faint smile appeared across Max's face afterward.

Then he slowly walked toward the center of the hall before looking directly at Jonathan and Julie.

"First of all," Max said calmly, "welco to the Crown."

The mont those words were spoken, Jonathan and Julie's expressions changed slightly.

Clearly, this was the first ti they had heard the actual na of the secret force.
