“You guessed it, but that was long ago. They stopped doing that during the Cangyun Dynasty, let alone later.”
Feng Yuan nodded while carrying the cara as he followed. As the three of them entered the passage, the entrance slowly closed behind them.
Much later, when other students ca to explore, the chanisms had all returned to their original positions. Seeing the marks on the ground, they simply assud soone had already explored here, and after a quick glance, moved on to explore other areas.
These careless students didn’t realize until the archaeological team collected the data and opened the entrance to the underground maze that the palace complex beneath the lake was only the outermost structure.
