Capítulo 1837: Chapter 1838: The Difficult Problem

As Mao Mu Second Middle School was pulled by Tamur and rged with Maomu Academy in the form of a floating island, both were simultaneously shrouded by the Mythical Era’s ti and space. Even Captain Yang, upon understanding Liu An’an’s situation, couldn’t help but feel a headache.

What exactly is this Abnormal Space up to? Not only Captain Yang, but others too were at a loss.

These children were brought here and now have all beco their opponents? But what’s the point of this? Typically, these legitimate Beastmasters rarely attack other Beastmasters directly unless under special circumstances. Even if those children haven’t mastered the ans to protect themselves using their beasts’ powers, they aren’t supposed to be in life-threatening danger.

“It seems like there’s another school over there?”

Just as Maomu Academy set adrift once more, Feng Yuan, standing at the school gate, noticed what seed like another school structure erging from the distant forest. What on earth could be their intention?

Feng Yuan didn’t understand, but Tamur still managed to adjust Maomu Academy’s course. Seeing that unfamiliar structure, Feng Yuan scratched his head and said

“What place is that?”

“Maomu University. Could it be that all the nearby schools belong to our Maomu City?”

Dou Yanlan pondered, pinching her chin, while Feng Yuan didn’t think much of it. He inford Tamur before charging towards the school with Xiao Ji, only to find a battle arena nestled in the woods at Maomu University gate and a boastful boy…

Seeing those Legendary Level Beastmasters, Feng Yuan quickly realized what was happening. Are these guys going to challenge every school?

Feng Yuan didn’t ponder why Maomu Academy wasn’t challenged, since they had taken the school away right from the start, and any challenger might have found the school missing before even arriving.

He just didn’t expect this group of students to lose to the opponent.

When Feng Yuan appeared, the students were full of hostility, mistaking him as an ally of the boy. Feng Yuan didn’t bother explaining much; he stood on the battle arena and said to the arrogant boy,

“Next, let teach you a lesson. A real beastmaster match doesn’t have so many petty tricks.”

Though he didn’t know exactly what the other party was up to, from the discussions, it seed the lad ahead relied on using potions endlessly to win. Normally, there are restrictions on potion usage in beastmaster contests for the sake of Spirit Beasts’ safety, as using too many potions in a short period has severe impacts on them.

But his beasts are different; those false Spirit Beasts are essentially energy constructs, and those potions are rely superficial. Of course, Feng Yuan wasn’t afraid of this; as long as he could take the other down swiftly, healing wouldn’t be a concern.

If the boy insisted on cheating with endless revivals, Feng Yuan knew how to handle him.

The students at Maomu University saw that Feng Yuan seed not to be an accomplice of the other party and felt puzzled. They had surveyed the surroundings, finding no traces of any other person. So where did Feng Yuan co from?

Of course, so noticed Feng Yuan’s unique beast; Xiao Ji’s form was one-of-a-kind, unmatched by anyone else’s beasts. Yet, as not everyone focused on morizing distinct beast forms, only students specialized in Spirit Beasts suspected Xiao Ji might be soone’s special beast.

The Mythical Era’s ti-space began to enshroud Maomu University. Due to the presence of battle arenas, Maomu University couldn’t ascend, and so gaps couldn’t even close.

Feng Yuan naturally noticed this issue, not planning to play nice with them. Seeing Xiao Ji needed more ti to beat the opponent, Feng Yuan decided to charge forth with his sickle.

As the opponent’s transformation faded, Feng Yuan grabbed the boy and pulled him into Maomu University. At that mont, the surrounding students scrutinized Feng Yuan warily.

“What do you plan to do?”

A figure, seemingly a student representative, eyed Feng Yuan and asked. Feng Yuan glanced at the boy glaring at him while sitting on the ground and said,

“I’m just here to help. At least until we find a more suitable solution, I think it’s better we move together.”

“You’re… not an enemy?”

Squinting suspiciously at Feng Yuan, others speculated his intentions. Feng Yuan shook his head helplessly and said,

“Of course not. Well… without Agunas, you don’t recognize …”

Hearing this, students who found Xiao Ji familiar quickly guessed Feng Yuan’s identity and exclaid,

“It’s you?! The one sheltered by the Divine Beasts? Sorry, sorry, we… rely…”

Seeing Feng Yuan turn towards him, a male student scratched his head awkwardly, realizing his words were a bit impolite. Feng Yuan understood and smiled,

“Yes, it’s . Nas can be hard to rember, but you should be prepared. Even with Tamur’s protection, this Abnormal Space isn’t easy. Though… it does appear rather strange here.”

He initially wanted to say it was dangerous, but currently, it didn’t seem right, as this Abnormal Space exuded much strangeness. Sighing, Feng Yuan had them calm the child while he shared the information they had gathered so far.

With Maomu University joining, Feng Yuan grew a bit worried whether Tamur could handle it. As school campuses were sowhat large, just as Feng Yuan pondered over reallocating forces to help, Tamur swam before him, saying,

“Don’t worry. These expenditures aren’t too much for . At least, this ans I’m truly helping them…”

Saying this, Tamur recalled the days rescuing Spirit Beasts and humans in the Hormasha Sea, a fond mory for it. Alas, as the farewell lood, it couldn’t handle the atmosphere and hid, leaving the sandy sea in quiet once more.

Of course, it knew they tried to help it, but… it inevitably feared the inevitable parting.

This ti leaving with Veronia was an outco of gradually coming to terms. Moreover, it longed for a different life experience, which prompted it to help them, reminiscent of its ti rescuing those who accidentally wandered into the Hormasha Sea.

Though Feng Yuan didn’t understand Tamur’s thoughts, he knew Tamur wasn’t rely being polite. But with so many schools brought in, could Tamur truly save them all?

“Hmm… if I follow the path, where will it lead?”

Recalling sothing, Feng Yuan thought aloud to himself, examining the pit left by Maomu University’s departure. If he wasn’t mistaken, a similar road network extended from Mao Mu Second Middle School.

“Liu An’an ntioned they traversed these roads to challenge various places, and there were regions where one could not pass without defeating blocking Spirit Beasts. We suspect those areas might exist in another space.”

Captain Yang explained, noting that they hadn’t obtained much useful information from Liu An’an. Well, saying so might not be entirely accurate; at the very least, they knew they could proceed along the roads arranged by the mastermind.

However… such an action held great risks. This was still a disorganized space, and while the appearances of effects similar to the Data Domain remained unexplained, spatial transitions could occur at any mont along the way. Wandering randomly could easily lead one to beco lost amidst the chaotic space.

Feng Yuan had considered going alone, yet communication thods were restricted here, making it hard to notify the academy if he made any discoveries.

“Is that path dangerous?”

Qi Chen couldn’t help but ask, to which Feng Yuan shook his head and said,

“I’m not sure. If it’s rely the mastermind’s doing, perhaps it isn’t very perilous. But this is still an Abnormal Space. He may not fully control the region. Rember where we initially were? Our arrival here was due to a sudden spatial shift.

That ans, this organized space he constructed might be in a state of collapse. Alternatively, it might attribute to spatial chaos inherent to Abnormal Space, but whatever the case, venturing without Tamur’s shelter is inherently dangerous.”
