"Then, what if you add ? Is that enough?!" another commanding voice bood as a man in red strode in, radiating an effortless authority. "Lan Kangxiong, Commander of the Zhonghai Guard Brigade!"
Behind him followed a group of robust young n in matching uniforms. Their aura was imposing and formidable.
"Still not enough," Chen Xiao shook his head. "Not even close."
"So stubborn!"
"He’s truly asking for it!"
"Looks like this kid won’t give up until he’s at death’s door!"
THUD. THUD. THUD.
A wave of dense, coordinated footsteps thundered through the hall, growing closer and louder until the entire venue seed to tremble.
"It’s the Jinyi Bureau!"

A large group of Jinyi Bureau mbers, clad in their distinctive uniforms and wearing solemn expressions, sward into the hall.
"Uncle-in-law!" Lan Jianhong shouted.

"That’s Mo Linhui, the new Deputy Director of the Zhonghai Jinyi Bureau!" soone in the crowd whispered. "After Ling Chong’s death, so of the high-ranking mbers of the Jinyi Bureau were promoted. Mo Linhui had a teoric rise; he’s now the second-in-command!"
Mo Linhui bellowed, "With the Jinyi Bureau present, you still dare to act so arrogantly!?"
However, in the next mont, so of the Jinyi Bureau mbers’ faces filled with fear. The instant they saw Chen Xiao, they instinctively took a step back.
Chen Xiao was about to speak, but at that exact mont, the noble and elegant Qin Lan appeared, dressed in a stunning gown.
"I am honored to have three such distinguished figures grace my banquet," Qin Lan said coolly. "However, bringing so many people... isn’t that a bit unseemly?"
