Ling Zhenfei said with slight surprise, "Ru ng, you really are a living map of Xianling Mountain, you know so much."
Ru ng replied, "It's not because I was forced by the Blood Oath Sect. I think Xianling Mountain is the best hiding place, don't you agree? So, I learned about Xianling Mountain, leaving a way out for myself."
Although Ru ng's explanation was flawless, Ling Zhenfei still felt a bit suspicious. A maid-servant of the Blood Oath Sect possessing Late Stage Zhiyi Realm strength and knowing so much was unusual.
Logically, it would be nearly impossible for a maid-servant to cultivate a Cultivation Technique, yet she knew about the Foreign Land Space and creatures like the Chi Tiger.
It's indeed quite unbelievable. Clearly, Ru ng has many untold stories; she's not an ordinary person.
They continued forward, moving more slowly because of the earlier encounter with the Chi Tiger, fearing that if they failed to notice it, they would be in danger.

The Pile of Rocks was now covered with snow that hadn't lted, appearing like a vast white snowfield, deceptively flat.
Ling Zhenfei had been here before, so he knew this place wasn't flat, just covered by snow to look that way. Anyone unaware could easily fall and hurt themselves.
Ling Zhenfei and Ru ng didn't linger to admire the scenery and quickly ascended a tree into the small tree house Ru ng had made.
The small tree house was quite cramped for both of them.
Ling Zhenfei asked, "Haven't you thought of expanding this place?"
Ru ng replied, "Why expand it?"
Ling Zhenfei said, "Look how cramped we are. If you expand it, it would be more comfortable to sleep here at night."
Ru ng snorted, "I'm here to cultivate, not to sleep, so I don't need the space to be bigger."
"See, now that I'm here it's cramped. If you expand this place, we wouldn't be so crowded inside."
Ru ng snorted and ignored Ling Zhenfei, ditating alone to begin cultivation.
Ling Zhenfei also sat beside Ru ng to start his cultivation. Due to the cramped space, their bodies were quite close, and they could even feel each other's breathing.
Both were cultivating, but their Divine Senses were interconnected.
Ru ng asked with slight surprise, "Why has your strength improved so fast?"
Ling Zhenfei replied, "That's because I have a natural talent for cultivation, so of course, I progress quickly."
Ru ng said, "Even for a cultivation prodigy, progressing this fast is impossible. Your current strength is likely at the Realm of Reaching Wisdom; even with great talent, it shouldn't be this fast."
Ling Zhenfei said, "Maybe I'm that one-in-a-million martial arts prodigy."
Ru ng said, "Enough with the nonsense. You've been injured, I can feel it. Even though you're in the Dawen Realm, injured, you can only exert Late Stage Zhiyi Realm strength."
Ling Zhenfei said, "Yes, I'm injured, quite seriously, but I had to co to Xianling Mountain this ti."

After speaking, Ling Zhenfei wasn't sure what Ru ng thought but she stopped talking, focusing silently on cultivation.
Ling Zhenfei took a few elixirs to recuperate his internal injuries.
Coming to Xianling Mountain made him realize the importance of strength. Being injured here was almost like courting death. The Late Stage Zhiyi Realm strength with injuries wasn't enough to snatch Rejuvenation Grass from the Snake and Eagle.
Thinking about this, Ling Zhenfei grew anxious but then suddenly realized sothing.
He's at the Middle Stage of Dawen Realm, the strength is there, but injuries prevent full utilization. There's a herb that can instantly enhance physical toughness.
This herb is called Heavenly Dragon Grass, which, when consud, makes the body dragon-like in toughness, or so it's said. The body indeed becos very robust.
Currently, because of injuries to his vital organs, Ling Zhenfei can't use powerful Northern Spiritual Energy, as his organs can't withstand it.
If he uses Heavenly Dragon Grass, perhaps it would enhance his internal organ strength, allowing him to utilize the Northern Spiritual Energy of the Dawen Realm.
But it's just Ling Zhenfei's conjecture; who knows if Heavenly Dragon Grass is effective, how much to use, or how long it takes to be effective.
Of course, the side effects of this herb aren't clear; if after the effect he couldn't walk, that would be disastrous.
He has it prepared in his Di Tian Shen Sui, to be used only in desperate situations.
With everything ready, Ling Zhenfei felt more at ease, although he knew he was just comforting himself, relying solely on this herb was unwise.
Ti was late; from the tree hole, the outside was bright with moonlight reflecting off the snow, making it very bright.
Ling Zhenfei's keen eyes could clearly see everything on the snowy ground, already noticing small animals arriving, familiar from last ti; these creatures were also there to cultivate.
Even small animals have the drive to improve; Ling Zhenfei had no reason not to cultivate.
As ti passed, more small animals arrived, without conflicts, each finding their own space.

Then the small animals began to spit out pearls from their mouths.
Each animal opened its mouth, revealing a glistening little pearl, which left their bodies, floated, shimred in the air, then re-entered their bodies, repeating the process after a few seconds.
