Ling Zhenfei was shocked and hurriedly turned around to look at the path behind him, only to discover that the road had long since vanished.
Just monts ago, those following Zuo ngzhi were originally behind him, but now they had all disappeared.
The surroundings were shrouded in a haze, making it impossible to see the distant path; he felt as though he had entered another world.
He quickly glanced towards Zuo ngzhi, who was smiling at Ling Zhenfei from afar.
Ling Zhenfei said, "I really fell into your trap after all."
Zuo ngzhi replied, "You are far too careless. How could you walk in here so easily?"
Ling Zhenfei said, "Since I've co in, I've co in. Haven't you done the sa?"
Zuo ngzhi said, "I can create this grand formation, so naturally I can walk out of it; but as for you, that's uncertain."
Ling Zhenfei said, "You think you can trap with a few shabby flagpoles, isn't that a bit overconfident?"
Zuo ngzhi said, "Shabby flagpoles, you make it sound too simple. Do you know, this is our Guimou Sect's most mystical little formation, even though it's just a small formation, it should be enough to deal with you."
Ling Zhenfei said, "I don't care what kind of mystical thing it is, hurry up and take to find Xiao Yun."
With that, Ling Zhenfei charged at Zuo ngzhi, intending to capture him first.
However, it seed Zuo ngzhi already anticipated what Ling Zhenfei intended to do and prepared himself ntally. Suddenly, he turned and disappeared into a haze of gray mist.
Ling Zhenfei rushed forward into emptiness, and when he tried to find Zuo ngzhi again, Zuo ngzhi had already vanished.
Ling Zhenfei was greatly shocked, fearing Zuo ngzhi would escape, so he left a trace of Northern Spiritual Energy on Zuo ngzhi earlier, thinking he could follow it to get out.
But now, Ling Zhenfei realized it wasn't that simple, for he found that the trace of energy on Zuo ngzhi had also disappeared.
Ling Zhenfei beca sowhat panicked, bewildered by how he ended up in this formation, feeling sowhat like walking into a trap.
Ling Zhenfei released his Divine Sense, but found that in this formation, his Divine Sense could not reach far.
Feeling anxious, Ling Zhenfei looked back, knowing he had co from that direction, and hurriedly walked towards it, but after taking over a hundred steps, it seed he had reached the edge of the forest without exiting.
Ling Zhenfei was utterly astonished; it seed illogical. Could it be he had entered another Foreign Land Space?
The people of Guimou Sect created a Foreign Land Space beyond reality just with dozens of flagpoles, it was truly unbelievable.
Since Zuo ngzhi could enter and exit, it ant there must be a way out, it's just Ling Zhenfei couldn't find it.
Ling Zhenfei walked towards where Zuo ngzhi vanished; the surroundings remained hazy, resembling a Bewildering Spirit Array.
In such an array, it confuses those inside, causing them to lose direction and be unable to exit.
Ling Zhenfei once studied these formations while deciphering a Bewildering Spirit Array, but now everything felt unclear, even direction was hard to discern.
Luckily, there wasn't any danger, just the problem of not being able to leave.
Just as Ling Zhenfei thought about this, he suddenly felt the air around him stirring, as if dozens of arrows had flown across the sky aiming at him.
Ling Zhenfei was greatly startled and quickly dodged to the side, but those arrows showed no sign of stopping.
Ling Zhenfei hurriedly dodged into the depths of the formation, and the arrows finally disappeared.
Ling Zhenfei felt puzzled, wondering why the formation was so strange, not knowing where those arrows ca from. Bewildering Spirit Arrays are varied, but this wasn't simply an array anymore.
This place seed to form a Secret Realm, like Ling Zhenfei's Bamboo Forest Sanctuary, created by using just one small flag.
As Ling Zhenfei pondered, he suddenly saw a bamboo forest appear in front of him, vast and boundless, stretching beyond sight.
The wind passed through the forest, causing leaves to rustle.
Above, the sky was azure, a gentle sniff revealed a bamboo fragrance.
Listening quietly, he could faintly hear the sound of bamboo shoots breaking through the earth.
Ling Zhenfei was utterly amazed by the scene before him, never imagining a formation could be so changeable.
He suddenly recalled his earlier thought that this was a Bewildering Spirit Array, and indeed, after entering, it was just that.
Afterwards, he thought about it being safe, and arrows appeared. Then he recalled the Bamboo Forest Sanctuary, and promptly a bamboo forest appeared.
Could it be that everything in this Secret Realm changed according to Ling Zhenfei's thoughts?
Thinking this, Ling Zhenfei stubbornly thought of the Peach Blossom Secret Realm, but after a while, nothing changed.
He thought he had gone wrong, but continued walking forward, only to be faced with a peach forest on a mountain.
And looking at this peach forest, it was as if from the Peach Blossom Secret Realm, even the Peach Blossom Fairy's cottage appeared in front. Ling Zhenfei was bewildered, everything around seed too real, he found it hard to distinguish.
Ling Zhenfei gazed at the scene before him, his heart filled with shock.
When Zuo ngzhi left, he ntioned this mystical little formation of their Guimou Sect.
Truly mysterious, indeed there was sothing to it, this was an illusion, where scenarios manifest according to your thoughts. If you think of danger, danger arises.
Ling Zhenfei contemplated this, sitting cross-legged on the ground, clearing his mind completely, thinking of nothing.
After about ten minutes, when Ling Zhenfei opened his eyes again, he found the surroundings had indeed changed.
Initially, Ling Zhenfei believed if he emptied his mind, everything would return to its original state, but realized it wasn't so simple.
The peach forest from earlier was gone, replaced by an entirely different scene.
The new surroundings astonished Ling Zhenfei; now he stood before Qinghe Village, but it was the Qinghe Village from many years ago.
Back then, Qinghe Village was desolate, the land overgrown with weeds, and the paths remained muddy lanes.
Such roads were inaccessible to large vehicles; in the distance lay Ling Zhenfei's ho, its yard sowhat dilapidated—although over ten years had passed, the image remained clear.
Close by was He Lingxiu's ho; at the ti, the two were inseparable.
In front of Ling Zhenfei's house was a stone platform where he and He Lingxiu often jumped up and down.
