However, four individuals manifested Spiritual Energy, channeling it to intercept the lightning.

The Spiritual Energy and lightning clashed, a collision of Heaven's essence and Heaven's wrath.
The first blast of Spiritual Energy wasn't intended to contest with the lightning but rely to thwart its assault. Yet, the collision shattered the Spiritual Energy.
The lightning continued toward its target, but the second wave of Spiritual Energy rose to et it, clashing again.
Another resounding crash rang out, but again the Spiritual Energy failed to blockade the lightning, though its power had decreased significantly with each collision.
Four channels of Spiritual Energy appeared again to fend off the lightning, yet even after facing three successive strikes, the lightning remained undiminished.
The four elite protectors were astounded, for this Heavenly Tribulation was unlike any other, its force far greater.
Seeing the lightning nearing the Elixir Room, they unleashed a final surge of Spiritual Energy to dismantle it above.
The composite attack from four sides aliorated half the lightning's power.
From the onset of the lightning strike, through three collisions, they had managed to wan its potency substantially.
The ensuing attack depleted another half, leaving little power remaining in the lightning.
Yet any trace of Heavenly Thunder is destructive beyond asure for ordinary folks.
The four protectors watched as the lightning streaked toward the Elixir Room.
Boom!
The roof of the Elixir Room had already fractured under the formidable pressure, and Ling Zhenfei gazed at the lightning heading straight toward him.
He saw the weakening from four clashes, especially the last, which halved its might.
Yet, the trendous potency of the Heavenly Thunder still evoked dread, but evading was futile, as the divine pill was just ford, in a critical cooling phase.
The Heavenly Thunder struck precisely at this mont, intending to eradicate the nascent divine pill.
