Ling Zhenfei rely flicked his two fingers slightly on the dagger, yet Zhou Tong felt as if a massive hamr had smashed onto his hand, the force surprisingly strong. His hand couldn't hold the dagger, which directly dropped to the ground.
"Ouch, my hand, kid you have Sorcery!"
"Sorcery my ass!" Ling Zhenfei kicked Zhou Tong away, who landed right next to the woman, scaring her who had just stood up to press herself tightly against the wall.
Ling Zhenfei walked up to Zhou Tong, grabbed him, and pinned him against the wall, rendering Zhou Tong immobile.
"Speak, why did you do such a thing to this lady?"
"Of course, because this woman is beautiful. If she wasn't, even if you offered her to , I wouldn't be interested," the man said, although being pinned against the wall, he didn't sound like soone who had just been caught.
"Are you saying, then, that this lady should thank you?"
"Forget thanks, just let go, and we can call this whole thing off, otherwise, buddy, you're in for trouble."

"Get the hell out of here, or do you believe I'll cripple your hand right now?"
Ling Zhenfei slamd the guy's hand against the wall, saying furiously.
"Go ahead, if I frown, consider that I've lost," the guy taunted.
Ling Zhenfei picked up the guy's dagger from the ground, and without hesitation, he stabbed it into Zhou Tong's hand. The blade, driven by Inner Strength, pierced through the back of Zhou Tong's hand and embedded itself into the wall.
Zhou Tong, who had been arrogant just monts ago, believing that Ling Zhenfei wouldn't really harm him, lost all his arrogance after the stabbing and started to scream dramatically.
Ling Zhenfei, not wanting to hear his screams, kicked Zhou Tong on the head, knocking him out cold.
"Miss, you can go now, the bad guy is knocked out."
Looking at the woman shivering in the corner, Ling Zhenfei called out to her, the woman looked at the man on the ground, then at Ling Zhenfei, and seemingly finding a protector, hurriedly walked up to Ling Zhenfei's side, embracing his arm with both hands, apparently terrified.
"Thank you for saving , it's too dark here, could you walk out?" she said softly, her voice gentle as water, making it hard for anyone to refuse.
Ling Zhenfei walked with the woman towards the entrance of the small alley, her grip on his arm tightening because of fear.
Once out of the small alley, there was faint moonlight and dim streetlight, which, compared to the alley, was bright enough to see each other's faces.
"It's you, how is it you?"
When the woman saw Ling Zhenfei, she exclaid in surprise.
At that mont, Ling Zhenfei also clearly saw the woman's face and, unexpectedly, this woman was the beautiful young matron, Liu Bingying.
He had felt a familiar sensation earlier but had not realized it was Liu Bingying.
