Ling Zhenfei had long been keeping an eye on their movents. To him, they were all just regular people at best, so small-ti thugs, utterly worthless in his presence. One of them swung a stick at Ling Zhenfei, who shattered it into two with a single punch to the stick.

Their boss tried to run but was chased down and toppled over by a kick from Ling Zhenfei. He pinned the man down with his foot on his chest, looking down at him, "Now tell , can I take my people and leave?"
"Of course, go ahead and take them," the boss said, having weathered many storms in Jianghu himself. People there had spoken of so who were formidable, capable of fighting several at once. But he had never seen soone take on more than a dozen before. The crowd around cheered continuously, many of them looking at him with nearly worshipful admiration, but this was not what Ling Zhenfei cared about.

Ling Zhenfei was slightly startled, not expecting it to be Zheng Tingting. Of course, Zheng Tingting knew of Ling Zhenfei's prowess, so she wasn't very surprised.
"When did you get here?"
Zheng Tingting said, "Right when you were playing the hero to save the damsel, then showed off your might."
"Where's the car?"
Zheng Tingting pointed towards the distance and said, "Over there."
Ling Zhenfei nodded, walked back to the little girl, and reached out his hand, "Would you like to co with ?"
The little girl nodded and placed her hand in Ling Zhenfei's. He took her hand, lifted her up—he felt her lightweight fra hardly weighed anything—and carried her toward the direction of Zheng Tingting's car.
A crowd followed them, taking photos and recording videos. So, like Bai Ling, were live-streaming. All eyes were on Ling Zhenfei as he placed the girl in the car and then got in himself. The car drove away before the crowd dispersed.
Bai Ling, however, did not leave. She just stood there stupefied, gazing into the distance.
"Miss, shall we go?" Bai Ling's bodyguard asked beside her.
After hearing this, Bai Ling turned to her two bodyguards with a huff, "What good are bodyguards like you, who can't fight or protect? Don't bother guarding from tomorrow on."
With that, Bai Ling stord off, clutching her phone and walking ahead. She looked at her fans on her phone, "That man seems to be called Ling Zhenfei, does anyone know who he is?"
This inquiry sparked countless replies.

Ling Zhenfei quickly stroked her head to comfort her, "Don't worry, from now on, you're my sister. No one will be able to bully you. My na is Ling Zhenfei, and you'll be my sister, Ling Chunyu."
"Brother!" Chunyu called out softly, her face showing a hint of shyness, but more than that, there was happiness.
"Oh, good girl," Ling Zhenfei replied happily. He had always been alone and felt very lonely. Now, it seed, he finally had a sister.
Zheng Tingting quickly drove into a villa district. She knew that Zheng Tingting's family was wealthy, but she hadn't expected them to be this wealthy.
