After Feng Kai finished speaking, he saw seven or eight people co out from inside, including Zhu Qiang and so other younger individuals, as well as two older individuals whose relationships were unknown.

Feng Kai was caught by Zhu Qiang, preventing him from falling to the ground, but the force of Ling Zhenfei's kick was powerful. Although Feng Kai didn't fall, he spat out a mouthful of blood, clearly severely injured.
"Are you alright?" Ling Zhenfei asked Han Lian about her condition.
