Seeing the child struggling and crying in his hands, everyone present felt their hearts tremble in terror.
"Don't! Put down my child! Don't hurt my child!" anwhile, outside the police cordon, so parents were hurriedly arriving, amongst whom a woman was screaming and running towards the scene.
"Stop!"
Angered to the point of going pale, Han Lian clenched her fists tightly and, in her fury, was about to rush forward when Ling Zhenfei grabbed her.
"Don't be impulsive!"
Ling Zhenfei glanced at Han Lian and calmly walked toward the masked thug at the window, "Hey buddy, let's talk this through. You just want to let soone go, right? There's no need to kill. How about coming down for so tea with , and we can have a heart-to-heart chat..."
"Chat my ass! Release them now, or don't bla for being rude!"
The masked robber cut off Ling Zhenfei's words and pointed the dark muzzle of his gun at Ling Zhenfei, bellowing angrily.
"Tch! If you don't want tea, just say so. Could you not be so impulsive? Waving your gun around and yelling is bad for the lungs, could make you explode from anger!"
Despite the thug's nacing look, Ling Zhenfei seed to not notice and continued speaking thodically, "Don't hurt this child. I'll have soone release that—what's his na?—Kun Ze Haosan, okay?"
After speaking, he loudly gestured to Han Lian: "Captain Han, convey my command—bring that Kun Ze Haosan over... and get him a helicopter."
"No way, Kun Ze Haosan is a major drug lord wanted by Interpol; we've finally captured him and can't let him go!" Han Lian bit her silver teeth, firm in her stance.
Ling Zhenfei was at a loss for words with this heroic policewoman and had to give Han Lian a covert look, signaling her to first stabilize the situation with the two robbers and then look for other solutions.

Being a sharp-witted person, Han Lian imdiately understood Ling Zhenfei's expression and began ordering the special police loudly by her side.
"Hey buddy, my people are taking care of it. Will you let the little girl go now?"
Seeing the special police in action, Ling Zhenfei finally looked up and faced the masked robber calmly.
Ling Zhenfei's eyes blazed with sharpness. When the masked robber t his gaze, he shuddered and yelled fiercely, "Kid, are you playing tricks on us? Don't think I can't see through you! You want to release this girl, right? Heh, I'll show you—I'm letting her go now, catch!"
With a sly laugh from the masked thug, he relaxed his grip and the struggling little girl imdiately plumted down from the fourth-floor window.
Ah!
Such a scene made all the special police and onlookers shout in alarm. The child's mother, seeing this, cried out in grief and fainted on the spot.
Whoosh!
However, at this critical juncture, Ling Zhenfei's body soared through the air with incredible speed, extending his arms to miraculously catch the plumting girl mid-air.
"Got her!" As Ling Zhenfei landed, he rolled to dissipate the impact and handed the girl over to Han Lian.
Han Lian was clearly stunned by Ling Zhenfei's swift actions. Only when he handed over the terrified little girl did she snap back to reality and quickly embraced the child.

At this mont, Ling Zhenfei's face was as stern as ice, his body sprinted like lightning, climbing rapidly up the drainage pipe that hung down the building, rushing toward the fourth-floor window.

The masked Big Man watched in disbelief as Ling Zhenfei saved the girl. Seeing Ling Zhenfei scaling the building like Spider-Man, he ca to his senses and raised his handgun, firing several shots at Ling Zhenfei.
However, Ling Zhenfei was just too fast. The masked robber fired four or five shots, but Ling Zhenfei dodged them all with swift moves.
