"Kid, don't you blush when you tell lies, saying you ca in to have fun? Have you ever seen anyone breaking in to have fun?" Qu Changsheng didn't speak, but his companion did.
Ling Zhenfei smiled slightly: "What's the big deal about breaking in? Do you think any of those people seem like 'intruders' to us cultivators?"
"Kid, you're quite bold, not even considering what this place is before you dare to break in. Are you tired of living?" The man clearly had a short temper, contrasting starkly with Qu Changsheng.
"Sorry about that. This is my younger brother Yue Lei. He's always straightforward; please don't hold it against him," Qu Changsheng said, smiling at Ling Zhenfei.
Ling Zhenfei felt anxious, not knowing how to respond to Qu Changsheng's deanor. He even thought it would be easier to talk with soone as direct as Yue Lei—at worst, they would just have a fight.
"Senior Qu, let's not dwell on that. I am here specifically to visit Mr. Wu," Ling Zhenfei said.
Qu Changsheng laughed, "You must have a reason to et Mr. Wu."

"Sir, if I'm not mistaken, you must be soone sent by the higher-ups," Qu Changsheng asked coldly.
Ling Zhenfei laughed: "What makes you so sure I am soone sent from above?"
Qu Changsheng said, "No need for excuses. You are already in our grasp, and escaping is simply impossible at this point."
Ling Zhenfei glanced around. There were many people present, in addition to these cultivators. It seed like Ling Zhenfei was truly trapped, but he was different.
With his current strength, dealing with those at the Zhiyi Realm wasn't an issue, although he might not necessarily defeat all of them. But escaping was not impossible.

Ling Zhenfei had initially wanted to et Phoenix and then take action together, but now that seed unlikely. He had to find a way to leave on his own first, then find a way to rescue Phoenix.
Seeing Yue Lei charging at him, Northern Spiritual Energy appeared in Ling Zhenfei's hand, and he launched a Sky Piercing Finger at Yue Lei, then turned to run toward the back.
